today the flexibility training of my dance class is we are helping each other to stretch our legs to 180 degrees, this is important if you want to gain the middle split. the elder students are very easy to get it because they had been stretched for a long time. the younger students is a little suffered because this is the first big obstacle for them, so some of them can't help screaming or tearing during the training. but they all fine, our stretching is controllable. otherwise, they won't come to study at our school. the pain is only temporary.

Please don't imitate the training in this video by yourself. The students in the video are the professional dancers and have been studying for more than years. The teachers have more than five years of teaching experience, so they dare to train students like this.
The students in the video are challenging to a higher level of flexibility, so the training of the teachers is more strict. But this kind of training is harmless because the students have already warmed up before the training, the bones and muscles have been totally relaxed, after the training, the students will get the corresponding auxiliary massage to eliminate the muscle pain.
Everyone has limited ability to withstand the pain, so you can see some of the students shouting in the video, and some students are not. but This is good in flexibility training, the If it is not painful, it means that the student has not broken her own limit, then she will not make progress, and such pain is controllable. also shouting helping them to relieve the pain, then they can hold in that position for enough time, that is the goal when doing the flexibility stretching.
the students in this video are all adults, they pay tuition to learn, so they knew what they need to go through, and they recognize the teaching methods.

Смотрю ваши ролики и повторяю их дома , пока что есть результат но все еще иногда трудно делать все это но я уверена что результат будет я ведь терплю весь этот боль поэтому в конце все будет отлично я стану гибким 😊

this is not okay, instead of letting the nervous system release the muscles you're making it afraid of reaching these degrees of flexibility and most likely damaging joints and wrecking students mental health, not good.

👍🏻To me it was done to artistic gymnastics (at the time), and also to my 4 children (3 girls and 1 boy) currently gymnasts.😊 To me until I feel strong fools in the joints of the hips and then open completely.😊👍🏻 I remained elestic in the opening even today at 45 years old. 😆😊👍🏻💪🏻😉 Painful the first few. times (obviously). 😊😉

This is horrible and not the right way of making somebody flexible. There is no hurry, this can also cause muscle tears. Please stop this nonsense. There are a lot more exercises and ways to make a person flexible without feeling too much pain. There is a difference between discomfort and pain. A number of exercises if done regularly can make a person flexible, slowly and gradually without having to go through this torture.
