Wasn't it in like 1981 though? I remember Freddie saying in an interview that one of the tracks would have been on the Thriller album if they finished it. Maybe they did multiple different sessions?

Michael had surgery on his vocal chords when his voice changed as he grew up to get back the voice that had made him famous as a child. Amazing that it didn’t ruin his voice. 😅 RIP Michael & Freddie❤
@@Inesbrooooo not capping or being critical. I grew up in the era when Michael and Donnie Osmond were on all the teen magazine covers. Michael most certainly did have surgery on his vocal chords when he was a young man to return his ability to hit the high notes. Listen to his music from childhood to adulthood. It was his idea and it did save his career.

This was a really good reaction! Thank you. Might want to check out the demo of Keep Yourself Alive at De Lane Lea studios in 1971. They all sound so young. Did not know if you had heard that or not. Also at the same studio they did a demo of Jesus, Some Day One Day and Liar.

I always thought this version was different when compared to the version that Freddie did on the solo album. The sound and voice sound very different. One is smooth, the other is rougher, but both are great.

Thank you for the reaction! I’ve never been a huge MJ fan… I expect his voice to be up there in the higher range, so it’s not as impressive as Freddie hitting that range. They do sound good together, but still love Freddie’s solo version better. RIP to them both

I just saw the video you did about 2 weeks. I’ve been wondering about you and thought it was strange I hadn’t seen any videos from you. Sorry for all the stuff you’re dealing with. Sounds like you want to get back into doing videos but not sure if you’re ready. Maybe you need more time or if you do some just do it slowly perhaps just 1 a week and see how it goes. I’m sure you would get plenty of viewers if you do start it up again. I will even change my name because you read out one of my comments once and think the name I used was a bit too long.
