I have been under a lot of stress lately. I love to cook but I haven't had the energy to invest as much time into it as I usually do. I've been watching these videos before bed and they're wonderfully relaxing. I really admire the skill and talent of this gentleman. It's very fun to watch him prep the individual elements and try to figure out what he would choose to do with each one. Plating is exciting because you watch it come together!

Très agréable de ne pas avoir de musique ni de paroles, mais juste les gestes, les sons du travail, c'était comme si les odeurs étaient palpables à distance.
En général, j'ai un peu de mal avec les gens qui ne parlent pas durant leur vidéo... Mais, là.... CHAPEAU!!! Tout y est: couleurs, saveurs, présentation, classe, fluidité, ingrédients de fou, dextérité, savoir-faire, amour, justesse et j'en passe! Merci pour ce beau moment!!!!
