ummm - to Anubhav B - You clearly did not look at the whole video - you see his face - eyebrows, nose, eyes in all the pre-op photos. This is clearly the same guy.

This gentleman has a 5A pattern, correct? Men with that pattern tend to get far better results than a classic 5 or 6 pattern if I'm not mistaken. I'm an early 5A and have curly, albeit finely textured, hair and hope to get a transplant in the future.

+Pete Jones Hi Pete, that might be over simplifying it a bit, there are quite a few other factors that do have an effect on outcomes, such as hair laxity, density, color, texture, coarseness even ethnicity, however a 5A pattern has less hair loss then a classic 5 or 6 so certainly that helps the outcome as there is always the question of donor hair availability vs. area to fill.

Hi Meera, yes we have been offering manual FUE and robotically assisted FUE for some time now, in fact, we are performing much more FUE procedures then FUT. so we are becoming more and more specialized in the FUE procedure.

On the top of his head you can still see skin. Im not balding that much. I just want to get my hair line done and crown area is not balding but showing some skin i will get some there done too. You did not tell us how do u do this and where do you get the hair from

Hi A.J., I would suggest that before you consider a hair transplant at such a young age you find a way to stabilize or otherwise arrest your hair loss, you could explore the various hair loss treatments on the market, minoxidil, Propecia or anything else that is somewhat efficacious, once and only once you are successful at stabilizing your hair loss for a period and are confident of that perhaps only then should you explore the possibility of a hair transplant. Otherwise, you'll get the hair transplant and loose the rest and end up with a very sparse looking head of hair.

It is a pretty good job, there's no denying that, however I feel the hairline you've chosen looks a little unnatural, too symmetrical. It doesn't naturally follow the contours of his head... just saying. But it still looks ok.

Did he need any medication after surgery? If he needed, what would happen if he did not take any medicine like Finasteride

+Asif Ninoy Medication is never required. With regards to taking Finasteride, that is up to the patient's discretion, but it is important to keep in mind that in some cases the balding pattern may not be complete so it would be advisable in those cases for the patient to take some sort of DHT binding drug or supplement to maintain his final appearance.

Hello William, I would say that there may be a number of different criteria by which to determine the nature of the outcome, for us the two main determinate would be client satisfaction and the naturalness of the results, so essentially if nobody notices our work then we've done a very good job.

I have a couple of questions. How would I know how many grafts I need because I don't think I even need 300, probably more or less. Also I have a good idea of what my hairline used to look like. My hairline is naturally high, but I now have slight temple recession. If i uploaded pictures, would i be able to show you where my hairline is supposed to be at?

Sorry for the confusion D SAK this patient did have a strip surgery, not a FUE, although the final results are still the same whether it's FUE or Strip, the main difference is that with FUE you do not have a linear scar, just tiny little graft removal sites that are so small once they heal up you can't see where the hair was extracted.

Hello Jonathan, the price does range depending on how many grafts you need / want transplanted. Very generally speaking it can be as low as $3000.00 to as high as $10,000, that also depends on whether you elect to have fue or you're fine with a strip surgery, all this being said cost does vary from case to case, but if you'd like to get an exact quote head on over to surehair.com and submit an online consultation if you send use your pictures where usually able to give you a decent quote for your specific case. Many people just finance it and make payments and in a year or so it's paid off but you have the result forever, so it's important to ask allot of questions and speak to past clients in person, pictures alone can be deceptive.

nz034 Hello, we're actually in Toronto, Canada, about an hour north of the US / Canadian border (New York State). How do you know if it is the same person when you are hiding the face of the person with less hair and showing the face of the person with hair, there is no actual way to judge a hair transplant success like this.

Thank you for your question Anubhav, we do our best to show the client as accurately as possible, sometimes when they first come to see us, before they've had a hair transplant they are not comfortable being photographed so they would rather not show their faces, and with many clients this is a personal matter so they do not want to show their faces period, and we respect their wishes. But you can visit one of our consultants, most have had their hair transplanted here at Sure Hair so they can show you live and in person, also our in office catalog of past clients shows the client's faces as well it's just that we do not have permission from those clients to make their results public... anyhow sorry for the long answer. Hi Ramin, this patient had a strip surgery and opted for a Uni-Strand hair line, which means only all singles only go in the hairline, with 3000 grafts for $8000 which I believe he just financed.

hello Sir! and thanks for the reply. I underwent the same on 15th Jan in this year But the method used was a different one. It is called follicle extraction method.. something close to stem cell transplantation. I am very satisfied.
