#manufacturing #smallbusiness #industrial it is a process of making shoe sole steel plate which is used in the heels and in the soles of school-going kids' shoes
WHY ARE YOU WORKING IN THE DIRT??? Please get a broom and sweep up the workspace?? Once it’s cleaned, it only takes a few minutes to sweep up at the end of the day! How in the name of God, can anyone work in those horrible cluttered conditions?
I'm amazed that some people comment how 'amazing' this is. I've worked in factories here in the USA decades ago and saw many much more amazing processes than this.
And the video is called "amazing hard working blacksmith..." I can imagine he is a hard working man doing double work. Have they already heard of "a table"...?
Is it just me, but I can't understand why he takes it out of the tumbler and dispose himself of it 2 meters away on the ground (and dirt) again... ??? What is the purpose of this all ???
3. The type of metal you find, in an old wind up alarm clock, the more you wind the metal coil, the more energy it stores. It can be difficult to work with, like stainless steel, a hardiness metal.
Oh oh me...I save and save... To buy old pieces of wood... To build me a bench!!! But I am too poor to buy wood... Any way I would not know how to use a bench!!!
He wouldn't have to jam bits of cloth into the seal on that tumbler, if he performed a thing called "Machine Maintenance". And what is the point of putting the strips in the bowl only to pour them on the floor once more a couple of meters away. Has he never heard of Double Handling?
THE MYSTERY TO ME IS WHY THE MAN WHO CUT THE STEEL PIECES THROWS THEM ON THE FLOOR WHEN HE COULD HAVE THROWN THEM DIRECTLY INTO THE PAN. INSTEAD A WORKER MUST COME AND PICK THE PIECES OFF THE FLOOR AND PUT THEM IN THE PAN.
It's this system on purpose. Workers will follow any sort of method if they want to get paid, plus, the more a worker concentrates on doing one thing, the more efficient it' is. Best to have a workforce, each one doing their own thing on a steady flow, rather than workers burning out doing more than one thing & end up wearing themselves out quicker & causing themselves damage, doing more than what one person can handle on a daily basis.
Ahhhhhh, these places do my head in. Why not empty the container that all the little pieces fall into straight into the tumbler. Why not move the tumbler next to the cutter. There seems to be no thought of how to make it easier, quicker or more convenient to do the job nor is there a thought given to cleaning up the shit hole they work in. Just because you’re poor doesn’t mean you have to work in filth.
All I can say is we here in the U.S.A if we worked in flip flops and using machines that our great, great grandfather's used I guarantee wouldn't work today
When will these people always on the ground, among the dust they breathe, decide to develop especially socially ... and contrast a government that keeps the people poor and ignorant?
