Same thing I was thinking... I'm not a plumber... I have replaced some pipe sections and I went through the steps... Such as using a pipe cleaner for one thing.. That water flow is too steady for a setup like that... I would think that the water flow would be inconsistent for one thing and flow like someone is pumping water manually...

Do not, even think about ever trying to do this in your home. Or, anywhere where you don't want flooding for that matter. Eventually that bottle will fatigue and break from all the expansion contraction on its thin plastic walls. You're going to have a huge mess on your hands. Buy a bladder tank.
