This process is known as plastic pyrolysis ( breakdown of plastic molecules producing oil, gas, some traces of ash) which is done in absence of oxygen at high 🌡️temperatures
@@Albert-gv2px This is a mixture, Its petrol, diesel, and syn gas. sometimes kerosene is found. You need to process this further using distillation or any other separation method.
you see tutorials problem is that they show you solution but not the principle. It's like creating fire in the jungle, one can do that with sticks another one can't do that with lighter. If you want to do something first you need to understand how it works after that you can make like rocket engine from an old car turbine.
@@thokozanigwathi4249 Based on the presentation, it will really works because of the chemical component of plastic that has been filtered out by using a closed air container and a higher temperature level to melt down those plastics and making an output pipe to gather those chemical components from inside b y trapping it with water. It is called plastic pyrolysis. Plastic is very known to be much flammable and those component or element is taken out from that plastic to make it like liquid instead of a solid.
@@thokozanigwathi4249 Actually I think this should be workable project, because there was some day I was just melting some plastics around in the steel dish with higher temperature fire from the coal so I can get some mould, the dish was covered at the top and as result once I opened the the dish the fire from outside went in and there was a huge explosion as if there was some extra flammable fuel poured into that dish, then I come across this project and I learn something from what happened to me the other time

@@christopherbagde9540 ,Now a days in Sri lanka, garbage of plastic products become a burden.Very unfotunately our people of Sri Lanka, throw the plastic hear & there. That's why I told that" it helps to protect enviornment" And the other hand stil we do not herd out of these bottels, can made yarn fiber and tiles.-by products use for repair the patches of the road. And we haven't technics for the same.So thank you very much for your kind concideration. Finally I can mention that Sri Lanka face a fual problem too.Now a days filling stations limited to issue the fual to the vehicles.
¿Que características tiene el combustible obtenido? ¿Es gasoil, kerosene o gasolina? ¿Es apto para carburador o inyección? ¿octanaje?
looks like clear heavy duty PVC hose with a jubilee clip. I would add that whilst i dont doubt the process of turning plastic to fuel, i do doubt the videos authenticity. The cuts are a bit magician esk. why not camera pan or speed up the speed of the whole apparatus in action? If the input data is incomplete, so likely is the outcome.
How can you be serious with that PVC hose right on the pyrolysis reactor, the poor seal, and the using of PET feedstock. This wont work like this, people.
Do you refer to the gases that escape at the end of the circuit? They can be burned off, and due to the container full of water (that acts as a "valve of no return") the risk of explosion from the container with fuel is minimal.
Still not environmental friendly, burning fuel to create another fuel is just a waste of energy. And the waste product cause another environmental issue.
That type of plastic won’t produce that product. You need hdpe not pet. Pet will produce nothing but bad gases and sulfur residue. Without the correct filters, even with hdpe, you’ll get something but not that clean. You need to filter each stage in line to get quality diesel, kerosene and gasoline.
Lucky is right let's not just focus on the boom or the fact that it was an inflamed liquid but rather the quality. No vehicle would last a week with this kind of product. You can try yours and see
