In the video you've only displayed scenario of tap only. There should be small water pressure pump you have connected in between the tap and the water tank.
Why not just make an air chamber. The faucet is connected to a threaded tee and a pipe extends at least a foot above the faucet and close it with a cap. An air chamber checks a water hammer when closing the faucet.

Что бы было давление в системе, нужно ставить насосную станцию с большим объемом ресивера. А то, что показано на видео, даст напор на пару секунд и все. И да, зимой такая конструкция замерзнет.
Pura mentira, a primeira vez que abriu a torneira o registro estava semiaberto e depois da garrafa instalada ele abriu o registro todo! Quer ter certeza que é mentira é só fazer e depois vem a realidade! Kkkkk
Kind of, but not really. Depends on the reason of low pressure. It would help if the reason is bad piping in the city. If you have bad pressure in system in general it will do nothing.
