Suverent! Its not to be for hot in the pipe so Ten melting down in pipe? Ps. you are the best to find out electric device,, And all of this are coming from old parts! Best regards from Good Old Cold Sweden........
Almost got it 100%, needs a few small tweaks and it's already a great idea. Maybe make it so you can feed off the original spindle the solder comes coiled on? Add a way to usb charge the battery and refine the copper pipe as it moves the solder to the tip.
Obrigado
First of all you are amazing and i really like your projects. Also i really like your intro soundtrack. Do you mind sharing the name of the soundtrack? Thank you for your good work.
Great job up till you added the oversized tube. Look at a commercial unit. They use a smaller tube and its bent down at the iron tip to force the solder onto the hot tip. The rest of the design is great.
The perfect tool to make bad welding. It's much better to find a way to keep your pcb and the component you want to weld in place and use your both hands for the iron and the welding wire.
Choose the term you prefer... I'm not a native english speaker. I think you got my point. But thank you for your explanation, I will keep that in mind.
Its a good start but this is not the stage when u can use it in real work :) need more work to control the movement of the motor ..beside i believe the tool becoming too big in the hand it's not comfortable to be used ..keep working . ..supporting u from the fallen middle east ..remember that .
I came up with the idea of an "automatic solder gun" in the 80's and have proof... This should NOT be on here or anywhere else until I get a patent for it...
