Funny thing is I have been detailing model cars like this since 1984. My aunt gave me a stand that held all her sewing threads. It held like 20 different colors. After she used all the thread on the spool. She gave them to me. I decided to get creative. So I took all the electrical wiring I could get. Stripped the insulation. Took the wire and wrapped it up on the spool according to size of wire. I made gas line, brake line, and wiring harness. I used really thin wire with the insulation as spark plug wires. Also used the old moon wheel rims and popsicle sticks for subs and speaker boxes. Been doing this for awhile. Now it's trains.
Chris Goffe when I was a lot younger I would build cars out of LEGO and push them full speed towards the wall and watch them explode. Was super cool until dad came in and got angry for damaging the wall
My grandfather was the first metal model maker to create the prototype of that car back in like 1963 or 1964 he made the first fully functional full-size mustang!
I don't care if it is just an RC car or not, when you see such a gorgeous car you can't help but view said video lol.. And even in today's world I truly had no idea that RC cars right up to the planes have come so far like jet engines, mini V8's etc!. I can't even believe some of the RC's out today and with such hefty price tags to match lol.. I think I have literally just found my true money pit in the future 😂😂. Thanks for sharing this with us and if anyone knows of a good RC car/plane to start with please let me know and I do appreciate your help. Have a great New year's everyone!!. 🙏🙏🍻
It would be nice if the person taking actually knew something about what there talking about . But hay these so called experts seem to be the norm these days.
Its a subscription, meaning you only get a few parts every month. you will have spent $1,600 by the time its done. Also a ton of papers that would shame any green tree hugger. I looked at them. NOT worth the money. Just shop on line for other models. They do sell different sized scale model Mustangs for hundreds less. I buy lighting sets for much cheaper. Now days, buying a sound chip is nothing, you can get them to sound like anything, or make your own.
Foxmakesmodels I have a 1.15 scale Dukes of Hazzard General Lee Dodge Charger in the box never used and a Knight rider KITT and the A Team by Hitachi good luck of the Dodge Charger
It's true. So many ignorant illiterates have no idea what words mean, what is a word and what is name. These illiterates come from anywhere, groups, schools, sheep. They then make their own sentences with senseless words and expect others to follow up. The word 'remote' was a word we used for model cars that had a cable attached at the back of a battery motorized model car, tractor, etc. The cable had a coiled spring type 'tube' with a flexible wire inside that was used to steer the model by pulling for left or right turn and return back to either left or right by the pull of a spring. The other end of the cable was attached to a hand held device that had batteries in it, a couple of forward/reverse buttons and a small steering wheel. These models first appeared in mid 50's as remote controlled models that you had to chase them at full speed. There was no such thing as radio controlled models until the arrival of the first Futaba radio control systems that was for the intent of flying model airplanes. The reason this became the idea was because modelers were getting sick of flying planes attached to wires and flying in circles. Then the radio system was used in model cars and gliders in the early 70's. Thus, the new term became 'radio control'. But people, especially those who have had a poor education, or refuse to accept the fact that the word 'remote' no longer is used unless it is for controlling something that has a wire or cable attached between man and device to operate it, they still use the term, partly because of growing with other low IQ illiterates who have no idea themselves that 'remote' is not the word to use to indicate or point out the meaning of a radio controlled device. But, like the sheep, they follow each other and hardly bother with thinking their own ways when it comes to language and intelligence. They would rather say exactly what other poorly educated, low IQ illiterates say, whether they're right or wrong. That's the problem with today's society. The same goes with all these ignorant illiterates who are calling a Model Quadcopter a drone, without any consideration that 'drone' is just a word that has occasionally been used in a sentence or conversation to describe, indicate or point out a continuous loud or humming sound, e.g. "That jackhammer is so annoyingly loud and is 'droning' our conversation. Let's move somewhere quieter", and the model Quadcopter was named Quadrotors, then Quadcopter because it flies in similar principles to that of a model helicopter. But the brain dead retards are now using this word to name Quadcopters and any other radio controlled flying models without thinking twice on wtf is this drone bullshit when the word is not a name, machine, etc.? You just have to listen to all these ignorant, low IQ illiterates spewing this drone' bullshit out of their mouths and expecting people to understand them that drone is this and that, blah blah blah. Typical school kids talk. There are other words spoken by the average US persons who make no sense and are in need of immediate changes, otherwise they're should get rid of the English language and make their own. Here they are. Railroad, as if a rail track has a road under it. Railway is the correct term. Tire, as if you are tired. The correct term for vehicle pneumatics is tyre or tyres That explains that you are not tired. In fact I could go on and write all the faults in English spellings that I'd end up writing a long essay in here. But if you're a clever guy, you can check it yourself the difference in English literature between the US and the rest of the English speaking nations, then see for yourself... e.g. UK - specialized, US - specialized... damn... and I am a teacher?
@@trickelantra those are two different things. R.C means Radio Controlled. Hmmm last time I checked people fact checked before making an asshole of themselves. But you were just fucking with me right?🤔
7 ads in a conveniently made 10 min video. Thumbs down for interrupting your content cause you wanna make a buck. Would you watch a show on tv if every 1.5 min it had an ad? Nope
