The way these guys hit the ground in all manner of positions and then are immediately kipping or spinning into something else just boggles the mind. B boys are true body musicians. I can't think of any other dance or sport that requires the same level of athleticism that these guys have...maybe some gymnasts and Shaolin monks, haha.
