Beautiful, the small strips of the coral paper added an elegant touch to your projet. The frames were exquisite also. Thank you for showing the results with the new black resin.
The filigree molds are great for anything that needs a label, a drawer pull, a corner accent, or, if you use an air dry clay, you can make them bendable, and use them to upcycle any container or vase.
The veneer in combination with the black on that pot was my favourite! Though the effect on the lightest side of tealight that makes it look like a depiction of despair is weirdly compelling as well.
Ms Louise I just love hearing your voice ❤ and these pieces are just ❤❤❤ perfection ❤❤❤ absolutely 💯 beautiful 😍 love love loooveeee how they came out… thank you for sharing
Wow, absolutely stunning. Love the container with the lid. The candle holder was interesting. It seemed to be a silhouette of a head on the white side and the back of the head on the black side. Just my 1 cent
WOW, WOW, that black is VERY intense! I'm very impressed, too! Love that jar mold...I think it's my favorite jar mold. Those tiny frames? They might make great cameo frames! 💕 *OHHH! That jar!* Louise, it's absolutely *glorious!* So, so classic! I love, love shell like that. I'm so impressed with those sticky-backed sheets of the shell veneer! 👍😊 Oh, super nice! Your picture frame is gorgeous! You are so talented, Lou! Love the tealight, too! 😊💕😍
Absolutely gorgeous Louise. ❤ Just googled Laura’s art corner. They have some lovely stuff but one sheet of that beautiful shell was $44 with postage! 🙁
Thank you so much. Yes it is very expensive and I don’t think Laura even makes a profit on it. I think it is due to the laborious process of making it.
What a fabulous result, Louise. Almost like VantaBlack! I love the effect in the tealight holder - like a shrouded figure - and the shell urn is beautiful. 🖤
Incredible results on all projects! I just love the inlay against the black is just beautiful. I love the way your creative mind works! I can't pick a favorite they all turned out stunning. Well done.
I have already added this to my basket but out of stock at moment. Cant wait to try it. I have to admit since watching you the only eco I use now is aquacast. I absolutly love it. Thankyou for the inspiration and Elichem for this fantastic stuff. ❤❤❤❤
How did you make that "L"? It's amazing! My name starts with "L" too so it would be cool to be able to do that. That jar is really cool! I love that shell inlayed in there! The tea light holder came out really interesting. 🙂
This makes me think of a favorite quote of our family from "This is Spinal Tap": "The question is how much more black could it be, and the answer is none. None .... more black."
They all turned out beautifully Louise. Thank you for showing us the new black aquacast. The seashell veneer added a fab final touch. I have tried aquacast white but have had problems with bubbles ruining my piece, any pointers for me?
Hi Yvonne, I have found that bubbles aren’t a problem as long as I spend time tapping the mould and the table. The only time I find them unavoidable is on moulds with a curve like the one I used in this video. There will always be a very slight texture on that bottom curved area because as the bubbles rise in the mould they reach the bend and get trapped.
Thank you. The mould housing came with the mould - not sure if that particular mould is available anymore but most moulds from Boowan Nicole come with housing.
Eli-Chem ships to the US, and I don't see any disclaimer that that particular product is not available to ship to the US. But you will probably have to pay Customs when it arrives.
@@hannekebbno 😢 I think they have either discontinued it or maybe they are out of stock and that is why the link stopped working. I’m quite annoyed about it tbh
