AMAZING NEW RE2 MOD || Resident Evil: Code Nightmare || New Enemies, Story Areas & More || Part 1 

Bawk has become a household name in my home. My girlfriend calls you, "The Resident Evil Guy".

Remember kids, when trying to write a story mod, don't smoke crack.

I think the only thing holding back amazing mods like this are the English. I dont hate it, I just think a proofreader/editor would be very valuable to the team for stuff like this. Some of the stuff could be de-cluttered and re-worded. While some things are *technically* correct, people don't always speak "correctly". Other than that, I love the visual novel style cutscenes, imo it makes it very unique. The intro with the police car speeding with the anime action lines was hilarious, and I think this is definitely gold. The more I think about it maybe the bad English adds to it, since if it wasn't so broken in disjointed it would just feel like it's taking itself too seriously and that could also ruin it imo. Idk I'm very conflicted, all I know is I really like this mod 👁👄👁👍

Holy shit this mod is so good. I mean it's almost impossible to make a game that's so bad it's good. I haven't seen dialogue like this since The Room.

Lol I'm American and live in America, but I've been studying Japanese for awhile. I wish I was watching this stream live so I could tell you the Shotgun you picked up on bus said Bow Gun in Japanese and all those jars you picked said Green Herb and Blue Herb... hahah if you knew very basic Japanese it could help you in these mods!

I think I recognize those zombies designs, they're from Resident Evil 1.5. Otherwise, while the voices sucks, I can clearly see that the guy who made this mod love Resident Evil and I barely watched this video that I'm already hooked to a Mod I haven't played to yet. Edit: Seriously, I think that Kawasake guy has put more effort into making something good than any of the people of worked on RE7 and RE8 (sorry for those who loved those games but I didn't, at all).

I love how they’re trying to mimic the bad voice acting of the classic RE games.

While I love and appreciate the ambition shown by my fellow brazillians with this mod, the dialogue and the text sounds/ feels straight out of that "My Immortal" read-through, by the Internet Historian... It's such a shame, really, cause there is a lot of creativity here that is being overshadowed by the portuguese-to-english Google Translation and the TTS voice acting.

Also, I want to comment on something Bawk says in the Twitch VOD, where he says that he learned to edit so he can cut out repeated deaths / reloads because people complain about it. The funny thing is, I'm always yelling at my screen when Bawk doesn't reload, he'll have a rough segment and be like "god that was terrible, I used all my heals and most of my bullets, I shouldn't save it", but then he does anyway and later on it bites him in the ass. It happens at least once every run. I understand that for the sake of the viewers he can't reload too many times, but it's funny to me that his concern is that people consider him to be too much of a perfectionist when IMO he plays quite fast and loose with his inventory most of the time. But maybe that's why I'm Twitch VOD crew and not RU-vid crew.

i think re2 and re3 remakes would be cool with twitch integration where there is chat ppl names above zombies and they can choose to either attack or not that be interesting speedrun category because you cant control anarchy.
