I am new to them also, but I think when you hear more of them you will truly get more invested in them. You seem to have gotten out of the song what the reason is that I requested this version. Taka's ability to interact with and command the presence that he can with a crowd, especially one of that size! It was just amazing to see the crowd show so much respect in being silent when he was doing the slow and beautiful opening, and the pure silence in that stadium for 30 solid seconds. Then it gets into the song and everyone is so into it, and the crowd literally just sings by themselves for about a minute, maybe longer. It was just such a unique example of his vocal skill and the difference in culture there. You would never see a crowd do that in America, I am certain. I just found it to be so unique and it is clear that band puts their whole hearts into their music! I have also heard from an OOR fan that the singer was sick during this performance even, thats just crazy! Thank you for doing this amazing reaction. Much love!

ambitions Japan dome tour2018 is a memorial live for Chester. During the song “Take What you want” there is a pause that is a long prayer for Chester. It's a very epic song. It's very disappointing and sad because OOR was about to go on tour with Linkin Park 😢

I’m sorry but I don’t think so. The long pause was also done in 2017 ambitions japan tour which happened before Chester died. That was around March 2017, chester died in July 2017.

@@shicelle635 ONE OK ROCK was also scheduled to make a guest appearance at their North American tour from July to August 2017, but this tour was canceled due to the death of vocalist Chester Bennington at his home in Los Angeles, USA. Linkin Park's performance in Japan, which was scheduled to be held in November 2017 at Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Center Halls 9-11 in Chiba, has been cancelled.（Excerpt from Japanese music magazine） I think this live is not ambitions2017, but ambitions Japan dome tour2018.Of course the same song in 2017 is also great and he actually cries It was a very sad event, and I think the world was filled with sadness.

⁠@@mevius10969yes this was in april 2018(ambitions dome tour) And same pause was done in March 2017(ambitions 2017). Yes I knew all the Chester Bennington thing, but I don’t think this pause was because of Chester. I don’t have anything against it, but my point is, there’s no proof about it and given that this was also done long before Chester’s thing, it’s not safe to assume and always mention his name. Let’s respect that at least. No hate here, just my opinion since I always see comments like this.

Maybe check out their heavier stuff, like Cry Out, deeper Deeper or Mighty Long Fall. Music taste cannot be debated that's for sure. Their new album will be hard rock, so that might be more your alley. It drops sometime in the summer.

Please react to their song, "We Are ", from the NHK 18Fes version. It was recorded for the year that the voting age was reduced from 20 to 18 and made adulthood a hot topic in Japan. Honestly, though, all their songs are amazing. Promise.

It may be difficult for non-Japanese to understand, but in the first part of the lament, Japanese people are not sitting back, relaxing, and being absorbed by the voices. Everyone stood there, holding their breath as they watched. I was nervous that I might even cough.
