Sir thank you for this video.. I did this for first time and it felt really good. Sir I wasn't able to do last part.. with those bandhas ( jalandhar bandh and moolbandha ).. can u pls make one video how to do them.. thank you so much 🙏

U hv told about Kumbhaka but, what about Shoonyaka? How to go about it? Pl. explain.

Shoonyaka has been explained in different aspects. One is emptiness of the mind (no thoughts) which happens in the meditation. Second- after exhalation and before inhalation which is called as 'Bahya Kumbhaka'. Third- automatic stoppage of the breath which is also called as 'Kevala Kumbhaka'. This is one of the ultimate stage of Pranayama.

One side nostril is so blocked.. that it is not possible to inhale or exhale from that side. What should be done?

Before pranayama try to do few rounds of Suryanamaskara or any other exercises which can warm up the body it may unblock the nostril. Otherwise you have to do Jalaneti kriya (cleansing the nostril with warm salt water) for few days to get better result with blocked nostril. 🙏

Yes you can do the practice without inner retention.
