So i really like this and thank you for sharing. I heard of aircrete where suds are used to make air bubbles in concrete . This looks like a combination of the air crete tech and styrofoam . I suspect other things then styrofoam could be used. But i like styrofoam and can imagine recylcling to this purpose

Concrete bricks have a compressive strength of around 15-16 MPa… Foam concrete ranges from 2 to 12 MPa depending on the concentration of foam and sand. “Foam Concrete” has better insulator properties and lighter but is not as strong, and is more brittle then pure concrete. They need to be used for the proper application is the point. You need proper strength where you need it.

It is a new way of making air concrete blocks, but they are widely available in most western countries. They were developed in Australia as panels for sound proofing freeways. It is a different take on making these blocks on a smaller scale. There are other ways of doing it without the need for the foam, but well done. Don't forget these blocks are for none structural walls only, but well done on this different take on the production of these blocks which must provide great insulation and resistance to humidity. 👍
