These are called "Lasts" in the west. They are used by shoe makers so they can make the correct size pair of shoes for the customer.

these are templates used by shoe makers. They mold leather around the shoe template. they are not finished shoes.

In the West we call those "Lasts", they are for a cobbler to use make a correct size shoe. The shoe maker takes the correct size last for the customer to make a correct size pair of shoes.
