should have put the tiny boxes or envelopes at the end in bigger cardboard boxes and those bigger boxes in a huge pallet size cardboard box :) but joke aside at least this way you'd be able to stack pallets instead of risking bending boxes due to extra weight. Also, saw quite a bit of room for improvement, like maybe not forcing employees to constantly bend down to get a bunch of them, or taking boxes to staple them and put them in a queue only to have another employee go pick some from the queue, could have added a circular conveyor belt or something to have the boxes delivered to him as soon as the other employee is done stapling the boxes.
