The most eye-opening part of this is that the soup actually starts off as actual soup with real meat stock before it is dehydrated for the packets. I had assumed that flavor packet was mostly salt, MSG, and artificial flavor, but this one is legitimate soup broth.

I never thought there was real food in instant mass-produced ramen. I liked how they turned all the scallions to peel off outer layers. Perfect looking vegetables. edit: alternatively, it was staged and they used the best specimens

Wow I'm impressed. I've been a Maintenance Technician for almost 15 years now, and have been in 6 different industrial factories in my lifetime. This one is very innovative, and I don't think I've seen a cleaner factory in my entire career!

I am absolutely SO impressed with the amazing cleanliness of this factory, the efficiency of the machines and, of course, the workers. EVERYTHING is so well taken care of. It is impressive, too, how all of the food is fresh, high quality, and so well prepared…even the workers with the onions are exceptional! Thank you so much. Here in our stores there are no more ramen on the shelves. They will get more in next month but at a higher price. So I searched at how ramen are made and why you can not make so fast. Thinking it would be easy like spaghetti and sauce, but so so many ingredients go in this. Greatly appreciate and appreciating ramen a lot more now.

That was pretty cool and interesting! The cleanliness is off the chart and the employees look so professional. I have always wondered how ramen was made and now I know. I remember when ramen was first sold in the USA. I was about 14 or 15. Once I tried it I absolutely loved it! I am now in my sixties and I still eat it. 제가 팔도라면 이천공장 왕뚜껑 초창기 멤버였는데 세월이 흘렀는데 스프자동화부터 여러가지 시스템이 놀랍네요~^^ 그때 20대초반에 풋풋하고 나름 이뻤는데 벌써 50대가 중반으로 접어들어가니...세월이 참 빠른것 같기도하고 그때 팔도라면 친구들하고 연락하고 만나는데 그시절이 그립네요~^^ㅎ 영상보며 감사드리며 옛추억에 빠져봅니다~^^

와 생각보다 좋은게 많이 들어가서 신기하고 무엇보다 압도적인 크기에서 삶아지는 뼈고기가 정말 예술이네요 ㅎㅎ

As someone who used to work as a cleaner in an industrial bakery, I have to say I am absolutely stunned at how seriously sanitation is taken here. You guys get an 11/10 for food safety.

Great process. I'm also amazed at how clean their equipment is. More companies need to take note on keeping their's this clean. Especially in the USA.

It all look SO healthy and tasty.. except for the insane amount of salt added to pretty much ALL Ramen. I wish they would have shown the drying process for the soup to powder process though. Reducing that much fluid has to be time consuming and complex.

This has to be most advanced food factory I’ve ever seen. I was expecting human to do the final packing and transferring, but that are also automated.

작년 가을부터 이라면 먹어왔는데 지금꺼정 먹어본 라면중에 최고였습니다. 국물에서 깊은 사골국같은 맛이나고 면발도 쫄깃거리구 타브렌드서 나는 역한 스프향도 없구 지금은 이라면만 먹습니다. 먹어보니 비싼가격이 아닙니다! 그런데 타브렌드 비해서 양 이 약간 적은듯 합니다.
