Sorry to be off topic but does anybody know a trick to log back into an instagram account..? I somehow forgot the account password. I would love any assistance you can offer me
@Asa Keith i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and im waiting for the hacking stuff now. Seems to take a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
I've got the 802. If you are going off road the diffs need locking, not difficult to do, you don't need to take the axles out. I used epoxy and now it climbs like a mountain goat. I swapped the tyres for 120mm Chinese Rock Swampers. The steering servo's struggle on grippy surfaces and can go out of synch. Replacements need to be 180 degree rotation, and they are hard to find, I've bought two pairs of 25kg ones that weren't as advertised, they are also very difficult to shoe horn in as the originals are a shallow design. The servo's can be axle mounted, brackets are on Thingiverse and are probably the best option, though you will need to make your own links/rods etc. Check all the screws and use blue threadlock, some of mine had stripped threads and were unscrewing on their own, the metal is very soft.
This rig is very cool. Just got mine delivered week ago.. Fun and very nice detailed. This is one of the detailed rc model in market so far.. The designer team put alot of affort in this truck design. As for the lift up bed specification ability to lift up 5kg and I have tested with 5kg dumbell and it can lift up it up easily. No problem with the lift..
I got the 803a reli pleased with it but i think i got the friday special it had a broken shock and the front part of the chase waa broken but it gave me the chance to pull it apart and check the rest of the truck for any more falts
Hello my friend. 🖖 I came by chance on your video and wanted to know if it was possible that we are friends ? 🙂 I think we share the same passion and that would be nice (model cars, diorama, games, RC cars, carspotting, showroom, museums, motor show...). What do you think about it ? 😊 😍😍😍 Congratulations for your videos and have a good day RC Tanks & Trucks ! 😎
Had a look at a few of these Hgs. Bang for buck these are great value for good quality and they are all ready to run with plenty of easy spares. A great competitor to tamiya.
Is there any way you could stand a 6inch action figure next to this think. For scale? I wanna see how close it is or if I can use this truck with Marvel Legends. Thanks
Great video mate. Keep up the good work. I saw here on YT a guy cut the front 2 battery straps off so he could load his battery from the top instead of removing the 2 screws all the time. I'm going to do that to mine plus a velcro strap to keep it secure as I use soft side packs.
I have quite a few of these, my p408 turned up without lights and sound even though I ordered it with. and my p602 arrived and the smoke system immediately stopped working , the p802 like yours was also missing some screws. The crane took more than a little messing around with to make it work. But having said all of that I have built many rc4wd cars and you always have a huge amount of teething problems it’s almost part of the fun. if you add up the cost of building one of these they are an absolute bargain, and when they are working properly they are amazing . When they get their quality control thing sorted they are onto a real winner. If you want to see a side-by-side look with the rc4wd beast and the mc8 I have one on my channel if it helps or interests anybody. The additional switches and stick controls are for the crane👍🏼
Hi Steve, awesome rig man,it’s absolutely amazing, it’s out of my price range, grrrrrr. I think the rear tipping bed would look out of this world with the multi rocket 🚀 pod launcher installed. Sweeeeet rig ,i love it. 😎👍👍👍
Very nice video and well explained :) I myself have the HG P801 with the fixed loading platform. This upgrade would certainly be interesting. For people who have an excavator at home, perfect!
It's a very interesting vehicle. My major concern are the leaf springs. The older models in the same series are stiff as a brick. They look really bad, in my humble opinion, when moving over obstacles. Standing still it's looking stunning, then they move and I'm like "WTF there is no suspension movement whatsoever". Hopefully in this one it's better. That light on the hood though... that has to go, the colors are not right at all. Not a big deal, just a big trigger to my OCD ;). I'm really interested in this truck, there ar not many 8x8 out there and this one looks super cool. I love the fact it has a lifting bed. I would like to see more non hydraulic systems in RCs. Hydraulic is awesome, but it's also expensive as hell.
Awesome vids! I'm thinking about buying the 1/10 scale Hummer. Seeing you have a lot of experience with Banggood, is it safe and reliable to buy from them? I've never used their service, so I'm a bit wary. Thanks for the vids and reviews. Keep it up!
Very cool video on this awesome rig. I was debating on getting the 1/6 jeep being 'The Boss' decided to let me get another truck for the collection. Though the downside is I gotta sell 1 of mine to pay for an rc build just for her and to her specs, lol. Oh well,it's all good. So after seeing your video on this,I knew I had to get this over the jeep 😎👍. Do you know if you can change the steering so you can accelerate/brake on the left stick and then steer on the right stick? I'm not too keen on the idea of accelerating/braking and steering all on the same stick. Thanks and hope you guys are staying safe during this crazy time.
great video ! I'm considering one, could you tell me if it has differential lock? I see contradictory information on the internet, it seems that some models do not have it. Finally... after two years, what is your opinion of the truck? Has it caused problems? do you think it's good? thank you congratulations for the content
I have the bell rung but I'm not getting notified of your new videos...just sayin...if RU-vid would quit dickin around and trying to push weird inappropriate commercials all the time I'd be really stoked. You guys rock keep it up!
I just got one of these Truck version 1. If possible could you go over the remote control unit functions in a little more detail please ie button and switch’s. Thanks I do like your videos.
@@RCTanksTrucks247 its one of the buttons or switches on controller but cant remember which someone on RU-vid showed you how but cant remember who it was ill ave a scout through n ill let you know mate
Hello, i have the same one, PG803A, but i can not get the horn to work, tried that right stick up and nothing, and flipped all the switches. Do you know about the switch in the cab for those small cab lights?
Hey bro, I don't suppose you have or know where to find the complete control list for the 803? Just got mine in the mail yesterday, and I've got most of the controls down, but now my 4 ways are on and idk how to turn them off! Lol. Any tips would be much appreciated!
Well, I got it figured out, lol! The hazard lights came on and I wasn't sure why or how. Figured it out. Hit the stick left twice quickly to activate/deactivate. I do appreciate your response, was a great video.
I feel like I've seen some kinda winch thing like that before, they're not usually down there though. Then again I guess there's no room on the bumper..
Love the rig I have 2 when first released, Or did have now I’ve got one. But to be honest I’m waiting for the dump kit. I can make my own also, yet spending a extra 300$ for a dump bed is a bit steep. I picked both mine up for $450 shipped.. enjoy the rig 👍🏼
Just like almost every chinese RC model. The steering radius is so bad it needs almost the same amount of room to turn around as the real thing!! Which you forgot to mention.
I 'think' those guys are disscusing/negotiating what radio frequency/channel they are on. In the days before 2.4 stuff Radios were in bands depending on what crystal was inserted into the radio, to prevent interference people used to ask around who was on what and try to use a frequency no one else was using. Nowadays with the 2.4 stuff all receivers are (supposed) to only 'listen' to one transmitter so frequency is no longer a factor. And perhaps those instructions were meant for when 45Mhz(surface) or even 27Mhz (remember flags and clothes pegs and even some people using 'special tricks' with there crystals so they could fly all day?) was used.
