There is indeed a concept behind their music. They actually built a Science Fiction world and ongoing story throughout their albums. This record is about the environment while their most recent album is about the civilization of their Sci Fi world. Inspired by no surprise given by the name Frank Herbert's novels Dune.
The singer/guitarist is actually french. He went to the UK to study english. They actually have two vocalists. The other guitarist makes the deeper growls. On this song his voice is only hearable as the background growls at 03:05 for example. On the other songs his growls are more present and in the front. The french guitarist growls and screams aswell occasionally but his voice is higher.
