Gloria rolled her ankle several weeks ago, and she now has pain at the ball of her foot and at her second toe. She feels pain standing for a long time and walking long distances. I have Morton’s neuroma since I broke my foot in 2020. This does not go away. I have now developed arthritis in my foot. There is no quick fix as they will have you believe.

Funny how he keeps saying relax. My doctor told me the same thing when he was pressing around my foot. It’s very difficult because it is so painful. We are talking nerves here. I can definitely empathize with this lady. This is painful and annoying condition. I will need to check this procedure out in my area.

I am so sorry that you have tarsal tunnel syndrome. Typically tarsal tunnel syndrome pain caused by scar tissue, fascia restrictions, trigger points and inflammation. Hello Dr. Joseph about a month ago, I had a cortisone injection between my 3rd and 4th toes. But it had an extreme reaction and my foot swelled and was very painful. The swelling and bruising are gone now. However, I can’t step after this injection while I could before that. Normally, if I walked for a long time or my feet swelled, I suffered from Morton's neuroma. Unfortunately, now I’m experiencing it all the time. I have pain with every step I take, so I can't step. Is this normal? I live in Turkey and unfortunately there is no one who recommends a solution other than surgery. Could you please guide me? Can I do it myself like in your video?

Dr. Jacobs, I had surgery on my ankle, a Fibula bimalleolar ankle fractures, on Monday morning 7/23/2018. They put a plate & 4 screws in to hold the bone together. It has been 72 hours & the numbing blocker to my leg has finally worn off. Starting yesterday, I am getting a sharp, burning pain in the sole of my foot right under the 2nd & 3rd toes. It comes & goes. Sometimes unbearable. Doing research I believe it is the Neuroma Nerve causing such pain. I am in a fairly hard soft cast and with some hardware all wrapped up. So stretching & movement is not an option to relieve the nerve. I can barely get one or two fingers in the toe while to press on the area and rub my toes. Which this helps relieve the pain for a period of time, but it does come back again later. Do you have a suggestion for me? Thank you, Kinsey Varas

This lady is NOT describing plantar fasciitis. I recommend you change the title of this video. Likely a nerve entrapment. Manipulation and electrical treatment can (often does not) help. How useful is it to show-case a good outcome?

This is nerve entrapment. Not Morton neuroma. You cannot permanently cure that. This content of clip and the tile are not consistent and that is impossible to cure Neuroma with simple plastic hammer and a lubricant.

she's still limping and that is not Morton's neuroma, more like an relieve of her plantar fascia that gets tight and painful, please that is not nerve, Morton's can't be relieved like this and I guess you know that

read your comment before watching the full video, the way she walked at first before the treatment. The limping is caused by her hips or sacrum you can see that from the back while she was walking.
