@@zoelipa2004 exactly my point. Imagine if you break the egg yolk into that many egg whites in the vids. Sure you can seperate them again but its gonna be difficult cause even if a tiny bit of egg yolk present, the egg whites cant be beaten to a stiff peak. Sorry to hear abt your cake. I hope you try to make it again. But this time break each egg into a diff bowl first before seperating the white and yolk if you are gonna seperate them using hand .that way you will not ruin the egg whites that youve seperated in case the yolk breaks & if you encounter a bad egg the rest of the egg that youve seperated wont be affected !. All the best 💪 thank you for spending your time reading this.
I guess so, I was wondering the same thing. It is interesting there are no artificial flavors like vanilla, rum, coffee, lemon, etc., it is just plain flavor, almost like egg yolk flavor I guess. Not nice.
Asombroso.! No me imaginaba esta producción, es... Simplemente.. me deja sin palabras. Y yo apenas preparando kekes de kilo. Esto supera mi expectativa. Aparte que se ve delicioso.! ✨👏👏
Am I the only one that clicked this because I saw a lot of egg yolk and I was like Hey are they gonna squish those without reading the title of course))
Que delicioso se ve que la masa es suave y su principal ingrediente el huevo ,me gusto mucho ya que al salir del horno se notaba lo impecable de la preparacion de tan exquisito manjar q a mi en particular son mis favoritas Felicidades
lets be real, you didn't search this, you clicked for the eggs, but you watched until the end edit: the amount of notifications i get from this comment is ungodly
Must have strong eggs. Every time I crack eggs the yoke always breaks never stays whole and I dont crack them that hard for it to break. But I absolutely love this. Theirs a couple I follow on RU-vid and they had a jiggle cake when they were in Korea. since then I've been watch all these videos like this on how they make them. I'm a chocoholic so I'm dieing to try the chocolate cake.
This guy: cracks nearly 100 eggs perfectly without any hesitation Me meanwhile: can’t even crack one egg without picking up the pieces of shell from my pan
Yeah Ive done this and ive had yolks break, its not a big deal. You just scoop out most of it and what you cant, wont affect it cause its such a tiny amount compared to the whites.

Reminds me of when I worked at Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Almost the same mixing machinery, and definitely the monotony of as soon as one batch is done its back to the next. All the while just one guy juggling all the machines simultaneously. Too stressful and boring for me, but this guy is excellent, I just hope he's fulfilled. Of course he also doesn't have to work a oily and hot doughnut press and id sure as hell have rather been handling eggs than super sticky dough.
