More than 15.000 is not a small stadium, i think 15.000 to 29.000 are middle size stadium, more than 30.000 big stadiums, more than 50.000 are giant stadiums.
No bro, officially 39.000 is small stadium. More than 40.000 (wc. too) middle stadiums, more than 60.000 big stadiums and more than 90.000 giant stadiums. (2022 fifa version)
Stadium with 20.000 - 30.000 seats is no longer a small stadium rather, it already belongs to medium sized stadiums!!! To 15.000 - 18.000 maximum seats is small stadium!!!
