Western media was parroting abt how expensive the 2014 Sochi Olympics were, ignoring the fact that Sochi was literally rebuilt. We are talking about highways and railway, sewers . Basically brand new infrastructure.
@TheSSebi You see everything in this world has + & - side because this is not heaven, by this video you can see that Russian Media is truly honest about their place not only + side, but also what's - too they explained it to public, anyway that is one of a good example of promoting something...
I am jealous that you can go to Russia :) .....I am of Russian parents, but a French citizen living in US and I can't go back, so far, since the last time I was there for the entire summer of 2019.
@@georgesboutz7534 Well I literally live in Moscow-Russia 🇷🇺.Just visited st Petersburg and made some vlogs whenever I visit different areas. My dream is to visit the 85 regions of Russia 🇷🇺 and share my experiences here
Just gotta say that the reason the new Adler-Krasnaya Polyana connection was so incredibly expensive is that it involved loads of tunnels and bridges, and a railroad that went along with it. So it looks crazily costly per kilometer, but it's not just any kind of road either.
Awesome! I'd love to visit Sochi, and the Olympics there were outstanding!! What an amazing place, so beautiful. Hard to believe all of that beauty is all in one place, thanks for sharing!
Great! this is an real alternative to Swiss and Austrian resorts. I would love to go skiing there. And again with Family. Wonderful video. I enjoyed it very much! ♥️
Yeah, Sochi is nice and has good infrastructure. As a poor student a prefer Elbrus for skiing because it cheaper, to the east of Sochi, far from the sea
Slava the Russian government needs to recognize you for all your efforts in increasing tourist inflows into the country. Your videos showcase so many unknown gems in the country. I really enjoy your videos. Much love.🙏🏾
I really enjoy your videos. You do an excellent job editing and presenting a realistic picture of Russia. I have traveled to many countries in the world but haven't made it to Russia yet. Hopefully, one day, I'll be able to do it.
@@RussianPlus yep, your channel is great. The vlogger NRKFZ, or something like that, went to Sochi this year too, but he presented nothing like you did. I knew he is too poor to really do very much there, then his attitude became bad because he felt poor when he couldn't do anything. But he's probably 20 years younger than you and his immaturity shows.
Who do you think you should be afraid of? Russia is not the new America where professors are fired in disgrace for free speech that does not appeal to adherents of racial superiority or BLM.
Super video. So much to see in 25 minutes. Awesome drone shots. The whole region has so much to offer. There are not many places in the world like it. I'm neither a beach bum or a skier. But i would lllove to cruise and hike around when the mountains are green. I defo would love to visit.
This is one of most beautiful places on earth, definitely on my bucket list. Have never tried sking even when we live close to bunch around us. Thanks for showing around
Случайно наткнулся на один из роликов, слегка опешил услышав реплику на чистом русском от автора, пока разбирался что к чему, зацепил контент) Подписка однозначно! Интересно смотреть и очень приятно слушать.
Such an awesome channel! As someone from upstate New York, it's amazing to get to see so many parts of the world, and Russia, of which my fellow citizens only hear of or see from the news.
Russian Tourist Bureau should pay you or give you a contract. Never thought I'd want to visit Russia until I started watching your videos. Im happy that your beautiful sister found happiness and married .
I really loved the facts about Sochi because of the Winter Olympics is a very interesting fact to tell more about the things about the city helpful. ☺️👍❤️🇳🇿
By the way, It is easy for us, Volgograd citizen, to navigate in Sochi, because our cities look similar - they are both so long and narrow, Sochi is stretched along the seacoast, Volgograd is stretched along the bank of the river Volga 😀
I saw your City from the plane when we were going back. The river was covered in ice. I knew it was Volgograd because there was a big stadium by the river
@@RussianPlus the locals used to joke that one day It would fall down and swim away along the river Volga 😀😄 Oh, It is still very cold here, everything is covered witth ice... I wish I could go to Sochi either 😊💙
I love watching your videos of you and your family, they have such a wholesome vibe ha they make me want to be a better more well rounded person. I have started learning Spanish and Russian and going outside to do more activities because of your videos so far. Love to you and your family!
Hey, WOW, this Sochi video quality and views are much more attractive than your last Sochi video. Keep up the good work. Can you please make video of Crimea? Thanks. ❤️from🇬🇧
Thanks for this amazing video. This showed us aside we haven't seen before. We were so used to seeing only the beach waterfront but to see all the things you can do including a tea farm, the petting zoo, and all the exciting places in town and the great skiing shots. You do a great job keep up the great work
Hello from Japan. Sochi is known to us because the winter olympic games were held there. Skiing had gotten a popularity here 30 years before but not any more now. I was surprised dried persimmons were sold at the market. I thought they were eaten by us only. Can you make green tea with leaves of the tea plantation?
Sochi is a very pleasant place having been there in September 2018. I went up to the ski resort and to the top of the peak too. No snow obviously but I agree the roads were very good. You missed out Stalin's dacha which is also worth a visit. As for your comment about the queues for the ski lift at the lower slopes that is common in most European resorts, but as you say a ski pass would normally cover the entire valley and public transport would connect all the resorts. Any skier worth his or her salt would want to try all the locations. But in my opinion if you want really picturesque skiing you cannot beat Austria. The pistes there run through alpine forests. They are incredibly beautiful. And they really know how to apres-ski too.
Hi there! What an awesome video, dude! Love Adler and Polyana! I love staying at Adler by the sea. Madison is nice. We usually daily travel to Polyana. I love the area and the ride there. Awesome!
I love the way you document all your trips. Keep it up. I will like to do that in future but I will definitely like to start with my country and continent before venturing out the continent.
Oh, SOCHI! 💙😍 The place I love so much! Every time I go there, I return back full of energy, happy and fresh. Thank you for this amazing VIDEO! 😊 I've seen so many places where we used to walk with my children! Wow, you all can ski so well! As for me, I tried It only once, but I'm scared to do It 😀 I do not think that this kind of entertainment is for me, I like walking and sitting in front of the sea instead 😀 By the way, when we go to Sochi with my kids, we never spend much money there. First of all, we do It not during official holidays or the most popular times, when most tourists come - for example, in November, in March and April... You can't ski, but the prices in the hotels are much lower. And there are less people in the streets.
Thanks 👍 I'm not a good skier. Grisha was wearing the GoPro camera:) I agree Sochi is a nice place. Last time I was there was in November and it was empty. The beach season ended and the skiing season had not started:) and it was still warm. Good to hear from you!
What do you think, will you make a video about Krasnoyarks and Irkutsk? These are my favourite cities, although I have never been to Russia. I think the siberian cities in summer are very cozy. Greetings from Hungary!
Great video - as usual! I hope most viewers are watching on a large tv to get the benefit of you filming in 4K. It is much appreciated 👍 Also Vika seems to be quite an athlete 😊
The subtropical zone on the territory of Russia is located in a narrow strip on the Black Sea coast of the Caucasus (Sochi) and on the southern coast of the Crimea. These places are very few for beach holidays of people in the largest country in the world during the pandemic. A shortage generates an increase in prices.
Worth waiting. Never knew you had experience in skiing, yah obviously you do have. I never been to snowy place, so in love with it. By the way, well done Slava.
When you said your parking in Sochi was $3 a day, it gave me flashbacks of having to pay $25 per day in a parking garage in New York, haha. Parking is ridiculous, how do I get into that business? :D
This is really a “Gasprom” ski resort if you have a giant heated outdoor swimming pool. And the slopes are good quality, seeiously, I grew up in a Swiss ski resort there is not much difference to be seen.
Good information, Slava. Will take note of this when l next visit Russia. Would have been there late 2020 if not of Covid. Anyway, waiting for the border to reopen...
😁😁😁🤣🤙🏼hahahahaaa Dude seeing you swimming into the water and imagine the low temperatures in Russia is something weird to me who live in a tropical country!
