•3 medium size tomatoes
•Few curry leaves
•1 tsp turmeric powder
•1 tsp zeera
•1 tsp garam masala
•1 tsp salt
•500g minced beef
•Garlic and ginger paste 1 tbsp
•Zeera (Cumin seeds)1 tsp
•1 tsp salt
•Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
•Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp
•2 medium size chopped onions
•1 tsp garam masala
•4 tbsp chickpeas flour
•2 tbsp ghee
