I’m amazed you guys don’t have more subscribers 😳 you have a wonderful channel. That Indian food looks so delicious 😍👌🏼 I really love Indian breads and curries especially. Would be great to see you and your husband do a restaurant review one day together
Hey Jessica !! Before you eat Just squeeze that lemon slices on your Bhaji and Chole which they've given you on top of that , It will give you more flavour. Love from India 💖
@@alfonsoandjessica wherever you see lemon squeeze it in that food at every side and try it. And in this video when you were trying dosa you should try all chutanis and ghobhi means all three plates of soop and chutanis together because it is eaten like that. Love your videos ❣️🥰🥰
U should also try some of the other Indian Veg Street foods * Dahi Puri * Dahi Bhalla * Bhel Puri * Rose Faluda * Rabri Faluda * Kulfi Faluda * Kathi Roll * Dabeli * Vada Pav * Ragda Pattice * Onion Pakodas * Momos * Kachori chaat * Chilli Pakodas Just to name a few

Boy , you make my mouth watery in spite me being South Indian guy ! I want to explore more fooood fun but it’s on me , sorry I’m bit oppressive LOL! You guys amazing what you been doing 😍👏♥️
Samosa's can be enjoyed in the form of Samosa chaat the way they served you or with potato curry/ chutneys and / or simply with Chickpeas. Samosa's are best enjoyed with hot masala chai. Pav Bhaji is like sloppy Joe's. A dash of 🍋 squeezed on bhaji will elevate the taste of the dish. Chole Bhature- You missed eating raw red onions with your bites. Onions are the soul of this dish. Many places serve pickles along with red onions and green chutney. All this is not exactly street food but it's a complete meal in itself which people make at their home. So we may say we have home food being served at every nook and corner. Dosa: numerous varieties of Dosa's are available all across India. Dosa is just one item from southern cuisine. You may want to cover a full episode on just South Indian cuisine. Great videos. Love watching you explore various facets of Indian cuisine.
The best part of Indian Street Food is lot of flavour for a cheap price, most of these dishes are priced at 50 cents to $2, so lot of food for low price and lots of variation and lots of taste ❤️
Jessica i thank you that you showed me Indian Street food restaurant. I used to have these food in Indian streets. Samosa chat has chick peas(protein for health) & potatos(carbo hydrates for energy).
I love your enthusiasm and willingness to try food that you are not familiar with. I can't wait for you to travel with Alfonso to India and try real, authentic Indian food.
u should try chicken biryani chicken tikka masala and pani puri etc... Indian food r usually spicy when u go to India and I'm very proud to be Indian cuz I love Indian food and I eat a lot of green chillies
Portuguese brought those butter rolls with them. We call them "Pav". Bhajji in the Pav Bhajji has Potatoes, Tomatoes, Peas, Cauliflower, Onions, Green Capsicum and spices mashed to a pulp to make it unrecognisable.
Lassi, raita, dahi wada, plain dahi, everything works as a palate cleanser. Best enjoyed along with the meal. Pao / dinner rolls are used in a lot of snack recipes. Also had with chole and potato patty, we have samosa pao, pakora pao, vada pao, misal pao, dabeli.. you will love it all.
In my 20s when I thought of Jessica I remembered Allman Brothers Band, those days my exposure to internet was Napster and Limewire. Now when I think of Jessica I remember good food.
Bread is a huge deal here because of the influence of the Mughals, the French and the Portuguese and of course later on the British..pav is very common in Bombay and Goa and this word actually comes from the Portuguese word for bread - Pao!
You are in USA and still managed 21k subscribers from there. There are vloggers who are struggling on dusty unsafe roads eating unhygienic food from streets in India and still don’t have 50k after 6-12 months. Good job. 😀👍
Background music is just feel energetic and soothing 😍. One thing like to tell u that the" kulfi "u ate should be served with stick . It's should be cylindrical shape. But pav bhaji and chhole looks most authentic there. Love from Odisha an coastal state if India🇮🇳
Hi I am Shameem from Bangladesh, I watch regularly your program, your expression and way of telling is absolutely wonderful. You should try one of these days bangoli beef curry with plain Dal . If you want recipe I can send it to you.
Have you tried the most popular Bombay dish called vada pao.. its party in mouth. If you can stand little heat. It's basically Indian veg burger. That can not be stopped at one.
Upper part of the chat is not noodles, it's one of the snack in India, there are different names to that snack in different places of India.because of so many languages.
I find with North Indian food a pint of cold kingfisher or a tart dry cider (apple of course) or a sweet cider goes well with spicy south Indian, better than a lassi. Love a salted lassi but find it too heavy with food!
