'dosa fry' for some reason is a hot selling south indian variety... The grand thali wth the surprise roti was sumptuous,( its a trend to include one/more... paneer/golden gravy sabzi in gujrati thali, even in marriage menu s)... khandvi, patra, dhoklas are all timers... sweet corn is loved by one nd all.. Come winters, and there s til/peanut chikki s, khajoor rolls, n the v famous aradiya s... the rose petal chikki is also preffered a lot... "SS"... needs no description... its unbeatable in mithai variations... Rajkot not just savours, it rather celebrates food... people here welcome nd acknowledge any new food venture, शर्त सिर्फ इतनी है कि ,... એ ડાઢે ચડવું જોઇયે,...
