English speakers in 2022 are so spoiled with online instructional videos. Superb English from both of these gentlemen, whereas I have only a few words of Portuguese. 🤦🏻
Rafa Mendes shows it with the hand holding the foot glued to the hip and turn to sweep in an AOJ vid 10 years ago . Diogo prob came out with this variation which is more effective.
Just a suggestion, maybe have smaller guys demonstrate on other smaller guys.. Hard to see this working when your literally 3x his size.. Great vid and great work otherwise
