Lần đầu tiên thấy nhà đc xây trên 1 tấm bê tông nổi, dưới nó là 1 lớp hồ và tiếp nữa là 1 lớp cọc tre sâu 2m. Hình như chả có sự liên kết kiềng cố và chống lún, nghiêng gì hết. Hay là khi lên tường sẽ ghép bằng vật liệu bê tông nhẹ. Có muốn mua căn nhà kế bên cũng đâu nhất thiết phải làm vậy?😃
Mấy ông miền bắc làm phụ hồ rồi lên thầu mới làm kiểu này bạn ạ.gần như 100% luôn . Người có học ra ai mà làm kiểu tốn tiền như này mà độ bền chưa chắc đã tốt.
Piling is vital for soft foundation yet only three meters bamboo stakes used,and one meter concrete with double layer steel bar,one meter brick wall built,the structure will sink or tilted or whatever due to soft foundation because of gravitational effect.
Làm móng nổi này không chắc chắn , với lượng sắt và bê tông này ta nên ép cừ bê tông , khoá dầm đầu cọc kết nối các đà ngang dọc tạo thành một liên kết vững chắc .

Only to people here it may seem like overkill but clearly the ground is loose and very wet it seems to be in Asia somewhere.and it's a big building it needs to be that thick.
Người ta mục đích đưa móng xuống sâu là để truyền tải trọng xuống nền đất tốt hơn, cứng hơn, đồng thời đưa trọng tâm tải trọng của ngôi nhà xuống thấp và ngàm vào trong đất. Làm như này tốn kém và ko hiệu quả, nguy hiểm khi xảy ra trượt, lún ko đều.
Móng tốn kém, trên nền đất bùn, với ít cọc tre để cáu like. Vài năm mưa bão, nhà nghiêng, đất trượt, kỳ lạ, không kỹ sư nào có học lại làm như vậy! Cọc tre thời thế kỷ 20 nay ai dùng xây móng nhà cao tầng?!!!
Pondasi full plate, besi ulir nya Gedhe Gedhe...pemborosan, tidak perlu insinyur untuk menghitung kekuatan...tukang saja pasti bisa. Mampu menahan rudal hipersonik... 😀
Does this fondation ever last long? Seems like to me the bamboo doesn't bring any strenth to the structure. It is neither long enough to reach solid rock, nor strong enough to hold the weight.
I agree...improvisation with a short term...but it is a bad replacement for piles of short duration if they are not long enough to solid ground...as it looks like the ground is clay, so it is not strong...this system they have made now. ..it helps a bit the floating slab that is then manufactured...such reinforced concrete slabs are the only rational solution and a more permanent solution on swampy ground...but in combination with pile systems...wooden or reinforced concrete, which must be long enough, they reach the load-bearing rock floor
I noticed the counter-laying of the bars of the lower reinforcement... because the plate is more load-bearing in the shorter direction, the whole bars with hooks in the shorter direction had to be laid first... what the guys did from two pieces, with minimal switching, is not the best solution... i mean statically not acceptable and wrong...potempa can put these long bars on these bars in the longitudinal direction... here I see a mistake in the thinking of these very hardworking and resourceful workers... in the end...if the timbers are too short and do not reach the load-bearing floor...under the weight of the building...the building will sink at least to the ground...but maybe they measured the necessary length of the stakes by sounding the ground...
Boston is mostly landfill. Neighborhoods like Back Bay and the South End have their foundations were built on logs pushed down to bedrock like this. The problem is that in some areas, the ground water level was reduced and then the logs rotted... and now there are foundation issues.

I agree also, I know bamboo is a very strong and flexible material but that ground is going to be very unstable. From how deep those bamboo poles were driven it's safe to say it's all clay underneath and since it's right next to a creek it'll be always wet. Should've went for the safe route and used stone pillars driven deep as the foundation.
It’s Vietnam, in the civil industry for these small projects they don’t work to any international (or national VN) building codes, construction standards or regulations.
Ground support, stiffener while they make the first slab. After that it is "Floating" With the cast structure on top to keep it ridgid, the whole thing could sink or tilt as a whole, but should NOT be any uneven settling.

I am wondering what the construction is for. The only think it a vault as the walls are so thick, I understand they built a raft as the ground is so wet.
ok, here is the big question to this video: why did they not make this part 100% concrete? why that layer of bricks? cant be costs - otherwise they would have used more bricks for the walls between the pillars and making it 100% concrete would have been faster anyway. so, what functionality do the bricks provide, that the concrete cant?
@R L There are watertight mixtures of concrete and the very bottom here is made of concrete whilst the brick layer is a little above. The bricks (having larger pores) will without doubt suck water and hold it, but they will not let it pass through, so they cant work as a drainage, Im afraid. Maybe, even though it is against all the building rules in my cold country, the bricks will be watered frequently and release the water over time by evaporation and so keep the floor and walls cool - could this be a simple way of climate control for the interior of houses in very warm countries?

Tre là gia cố đất nền làm tăng áp lực . Ví dụ đất nền yếu chịu tải trọng 5 tấn / m2 ta gia cố cọc tre hoặc tràm ( vì 2 loại cây này chịu nước ) khi tre chèn vào làm tăng áp lực đất lên 8-10 tấn / m2 .
At least it will sink into the mud in one piece! The bamboo is not tied to the base rock so the entire structure could sink but it is sure as heck solid!
Tôi nghĩ là vẫn có xác xuất nghiêng nếu chủ nhà xây cao tầng. Ví dụ, trên 7 tầng và không xây bằng vật liệu nhẹ. Tuy nhiên, giải pháp này là giải pháp khá hữu hiệu khi thực tế nền đất là bùn mềm. Nếu xây từ 7 tầng, có thể sẽ nghiêng sang bên vườn nhà hàng xóm. Dù sao cũng kính nể biện pháp thi công kiên trì và khá tốn công của như này!
Cách mới hay thích hợp làm nhà xưởng khó bố trí khu vệsinh ,kê sắt dai cơ bản ai lại kê gạch ống sau bị mục ngấm nước hư sắt ,sao không kê cục kẻ bê tông,ai lại đổ bê tông chịu lực lên gạch ống, sao không làm làm dầm từ dưới ,đở tốn kém chắc hơn
You have no clue. The substrate is not sufficient to hold the weight of that RIDICULOUS slab/pour. Looks as if it's supposed to support some machinery, but that just adds to the weight and that slab can easily begin to sink on any side. Oh... and it will definitely crack even if it doesn't come apart due to all the reinforcement. This is just crazy. Doesn't matter that it was pouring in place, same effect as if an already cured slab had been dropped onto that muddy mess. Do you not see how easily that bamboo went in and how deep? Ugh.
The bamboo appears almost be serving as driven piles who,e that first low layer of concrete serves as pile caps of sorts. They reinforced the heck out of the primary slab from bending. And later those reinforced knee walls seem to serve as bracing to distribute point loads across that foundation mat. Am curious how long these types of foundations, slabs last and if they settle, crack etc.
Its a concrete raft, a slab floating on a swampy ground, can not see the point of the bamboo as too short and pointless as piles but maybe its their way as bamboo has good strength and better than steel in wet soil, maybe an anchor point stopping slab floating off, my guess only

if its soft ground below ,is this the reason for inserting bamboo sticks? otherwise they would have to take the foundation from where the hard surface starts ....maybe that is well below the ground level
I think it would be easier and more stable to secure the foundation with foam blocks rather than bamboo and tons of other stuff. Roads and buildings use this technique - the foam block base - in areas of mud or partially frozen tundra
@Jim Bartz In building houses in Vietnam, 25 bamboos per square meter are used to reinforce the foundation, and sand and stones are used to fill the gaps between the bamboos. As for the water that seeps up, they will lay bricks to raise the foundation, then lay steel bars on the brick surface, and finally pour cement to increase the load-bearing capacity.
Phần đế quá dày lãng phí sắt và bê tông. Chỉ cần tập trung làm vát phần dầm lên còn phần đế chỉ cần dày tầm 25cm là đảm bảo rồi. Quả móng này chi phí đội lên tầm 1.5 lần so vs móng có thiết kế😆
Hmmm... the post should had been built first... before joining floor in it... in this case the post would be distributing load to the floor and overtime the floor will get stress out and begin to crack.. this is possible if they will countinue adding floor after floor to the foundation... with 5 to 6 concrete floor added imagine the weight its shifting to the ground floor+gravity.. ive seen seen post built 1st separately and they will excavate 1 to several meters depend on the type of soil then put the post and concrete the bottom for 1 cubic meter depends on the size.. after tis is done the floor now will be added.. in this case the load will not go all to the floor but majority will go to the post.. anyway their method is good if they will only add 1 or 2 more floors.. probably can witstand magnitude 8 earthquake without breaking the floor because in my opinion their design the port shift the weight to the floor..😮
Đc cái chủ nhà có điều kiện, đổ móng thôi mà chơi sắt phải gấp đôi có khi gấp mấy lần nhà bình thường, nhưng nền toàn bùn với nước mà cắm toàn cọc tre, rồi tre có mục ko bác :))
