Giving a fresh new look to an old and neglected garden bed using landscape timbers.
This gentleman has some lovely established plants in this bed but the landscape timbers definitely do not reflect the beautiful flowers soon to be bursting on the scene.
So I decided to remove the rotted wood frame and add new landscape timbers to make a more stable and appealing frame to the garden bed.
When starting this project, all of the materials were not available, but they did come in and I installed the second layer of landscape timbers and have the pics for you to enjoy.
I had to do some cleanup before installing the landscape timbers because I like a neat and uncluttered worksite.
So you will see some rake, weed eater and blower action along with a bit of woodworking in this video.
