Woah I was figuring to play the song recently and didn't notice the switch at the end, thanks for picking out the subtle details. What I like best about this song is the echo-ey harmony adding to the ethereal feel that makes it so addictive to listen to with that melodic refrain.
His second to last album is an English album that is more EDM heavy - you can check it out if you want to hear a different JJ Lin. But of course my favourite album of his is his “Experimental Album: From M.E. to Myself” (his most highly accoladed album) - I suppose if you want to do a compositional/musical arrangement analysis, then this album of JJ Lin’s might be more suitable for something like that.
