With all the clearing of habitat and building of houses, they have to go somewhere. Your 140 acres of trees and food plots, is a dream come true for them. Field mice and rabbits love it too.
Ilia prorok.
It's a very nice piece, I like how the wood grains and knots made it unique and distinctive. The different types of wood have some nice ring and grain to them, it is an excellent piece overall! It genuinely works well.😁😊👍
I absolutely love your unique creativity, awesome work. I bet like me, your mind doesn't shut down, always thinking of the next move. Thank you so much for sharing your passion with us
Amazing Woodturning Crazy - every word in your headline comes true. Amazing result with a crazy woodturning approach called hardcore scraping. Congrats.
Hi in the glue up I saw titebond however there appeared to be another glue used. The bond must have been excellent would you be able to say what you used. I also noted that the pattern on the neck didn't quite come through was the circumference slightly too deep? Loved the video. Your visualisation is excellent as was the execution of the piece. Thank you.
I thought the same. If you are a craftsman, wouldn't you try get maximum usage out of a piece of wood? Like, alternating your triangles so there is no waste between cuts? Seems obvious to me, but maybe it's to do with grain direction 🤔
Amazing, even if I don't see what's the final object. As a piece of art, it could have been stopped before making the last hole on the top, this is what I don't get. However, the idea just came to my mind as I saw your video, you could make vases for flowers using this technique: before joining the central parts with glue, you can dig holes in the center to make what will be the reservoir for the vase. Then, at the end, making a hole from the top to reach it. And for easier work also, I would also treat the intern surface of this reservoir before even glueing the parts together, because after you won't be able to make it. Or treating the same surface with any kind of treatment that would stabilise the wood so the water wouldn't get to it, a coating using epoxy resin, etc... It would maje really nice vases this way I think (or umbrella holder, it works also 😂). But yes, as already said in other commentaries, a lamp would be also wonderful on this. Again, amazing work and video 👏
Parabéns pelo seu lindo trabalho, um abraço sou escritor, trabalho com madeira, entalhes em jardim, paredes,.Ary Rodrigues Britto camocim Ceará Brasil 🇧🇷 sucessos pra você.
Why did he cut it into 6 pieces and glue them back together? He could have just cut 6 lines and inserted the darker wood pieces to divide it into 6 equal sections and drill holes for numbers…?
