I just have put this in writing: Both albums are masterpieces in their own ways. 17 is incredibly elegant in how simple it is, and how it draws you into his mind space. ? Shows how versatile he is and putting him into the “rapper” category feels wrong. Not that he can’t rap, he can very well in fact, but he does so many other things so well. Bro the crazy shit is that as soon as he came to peace with himself, he died. God wanted to wait for X to come to terms with something and win that battle, then he would take him to be in heaven. So it's almost as if X did know he would die, but it came after he beat the thing holding him back. X completed his task. This might sound crazy, but its hard to explain my thinking.

I don't know. X is a literal genius.. Everything in this video was done for a specific reason. But this video was kind of confirmation to me that X made some sort of deal to someone. "I Spoke to the Devil in Miami" wasn't exactly saying he made a deal, but he did let us know a deal was presented. I think people are missing ONE big detail. Gekyumi. Whoever Gekyumi is.. One thing we are sure of is that X had an obligation to him, and we can certainly rule out that it was God. I won't go as far as to say it's the devil either.. but I think it's the same entity X mentioned in "I Spoke to the Devil in Miami" The lyrics "I'm always where the sun don't show---" and his description of his meeting place with the "baphomet" is similar to the place X is receiving instruction and questioning from Gekyumi. And every scene of Gekyumi and X that appears, Gekyumi is detailing a different point in X's life. "Anima Vesta" is rumored to mean "Your Soul".. And this is what the baphomet asked of X. I think X took that deal and eventually began to regret it, but since you can't get out of such deals.. X instead began to turn what he received in the deal into something that didn't just profit himself.. But something that profited everyone.. Something that provoked change. It's just speculation.. But X is far deeper than the "I fought myself and eventually won." that is evident in the video. P.S: If I am right.. X was never at peace, and he never would've been but he knew that. He found something close to it though by seeing the fruits of his efforts with things like the #HelpingHandChallenge even down to simply giving people suggestions and advice. The ending of this video just shows me he wasn't ready to go. He still had more to do.. That's probably the most tragic thing about his death to me. Not his music, but the fact he still wanted to evoke positivity in the world.

Being that you knew him personally I don't see how you didn't shed a tear. I cried when I watched the video and I didn't even know of him until his passing. I went and listened to a bunch of his songs and this guy was so freaking talented and was really making a change in his life. Everybody deserves that opportunity for change. I'm so heartbroken that all of that was taken away from him from some cowards looking for some quick money. His life was worth so much more than that. R.i.p X
