Been binge watching this channel and all the vids is a banger, this channel helped me with a lot of stuff about figures. Thanks for the review, i might not buy yamaguchi figures anymore because of the joints but, Nice review
At first I wanted to cop the Mafex Ben Reilly but since the reissue for this fig is still available (for me) I think I'm gonna get that instead of Ben. W or L?
I'm biased towards Ben Reilly, so go with that. If you don't mind importing it, this place still has some: www.yoyakunow.com/en/character-figures/20945-mafex-no143-mafex-spider-manben-reillycomic-ver.html
Totally fair. I think Venom and Magneto (and I guess Batman) were badly made when it came to important features and weight distribution. So far this Spider-Man has been pretty good. But yeah, the more you use those additional arms, the worse wear the back sockets will take.
Same here. I made the mistake of buying the bleeding edge iron man, and afterwards the war machine figures. Fucking fantastic designs concept-wise, but the execution was pure garbage. All, and I mean ALL of their accessories come with the absolute tiniest ball pegs that have no ratchet function to sustain positioning, so the accessories would just flop all over the place and not hold themselves up what so ever. That's the shit-part about the amazing yamaguchi line, they don't design the sockets or the joints to sustain the weight of the accessories they come with in order to hold their positions firmly, and for their cost they should.
@@LasagnyaMcMeatsauce I am not sure where you get your knockoffs but I have never had issues with any of my AY figures. You cannot be a novice poser and use these figures. Most of the gripe I see comes from novices who cannot take care of their toys properly in all honesty.
