Pear and Chocolate Tart.
Ingredients:
25 g of sugar
50 g of almond powder
1 egg
20 cl of liquid cream
1 puff pastry
200 g of dark chocolate
850 g of pears
Preheat your oven to 220°C (th. 7).
Melt the chocolate in pieces with 4 tablespoons of liquid cream in a double boiler.
Unroll the pastry in a pie dish and prick it with a fork.
Spread the melted chocolate over the pastry base. Cut the pears into slices and arrange them on the chocolate.
In a bowl, mix the remaining cream, egg, almond powder, and sugar. Pour the mixture over the pears.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Let cool and place the tart in the bottom of the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
