Hi Taylor, since Fairlife is your milk of choice these days, you may want to look into the Fairlife animal cruelty controversy. A lot of people have chosen to boycott Fairlife's products after allegations and investigation of animal abuse of cows and calves from the farms that produce milk to Fairlife. Darn it! I’m so mad, I had that pistachio brûlée perfume in my hand at TJMaxx, really contemplating buying it because I loved the scent, but I put it back and didn’t get it. Funny though, I also had a mini of the Glossier You perfume I also found at TJMaxx, the same day, and I ended up not getting either one of them 😩😩 Shoot I should’ve bought both! They were such good deals. I hate when I do that. I do that a lot at TJMaxx then I see influencers talking about how great the same products are in their videos 😩🤦🏻‍♀️

Have you ever tried sketchers go walk? They are the only shoe I wear to work ( I'm on my feet 8+ hours a day) my feet never hurt at the end of the day! The esthetic ones can get pricey not anymore than we spend on our everyday shoe!

I have been dyeing my own hair a bright cherry red at home for the last couple of years, although it is currently a very faded light orangey-red because I haven't touched it up in several weeks. 😅 My hair routine is using the Ion Color Brilliance in Red with a 20 volume developer, and I touch up my hair in between colorings with the Ion Hot Red color depositing mask. It costs me about $15-$20 Canadian each time. My natural hair color is a light dirty blonde, so I don't need to pre-lighten with bleach, which makes a huge difference. It does take work to upkeep, but I honestly love it. I feel like I'm putting the magic back into my own hair whenever I feel like doing so. 😌 ❤

Hey Beautiful...I debated if I should comment this. Went back and forth because I didn't want to rish sounding like a know it all or a perfect person who is so conscious and AWARE ETC ETC. So here we go...I heard once that some people can reduce the side effects of chronic pain and inflammation just by eating as whole foods as possible and eliminating toxins in their home as much as one can. Obviously this is not a go 100% all the way shift. It's nearly impossible even with the best intentions. But even just reducing toxins and harmful preservatives, people have noticed significant change in their health for the better. I have noticed it as well for myself and my autistic son. I believe for the most you know and are mindful of these things. You're a smart cookie. 😊😊 okay...that's all. Lol I think this is first time I comment. But I truly adore you and your character, even more so than the content. You're an absolute sweetheart and so down to earth. Wishing you the best of the best always.

Perfume help! The only perfumes I owned are Ralph Lauren Ralph (blue/clear bottle) and discontinued Abercrombie 8. The Ralph Lauren one is fresh with a bit a floral and Abercrombie was more floral but still light and To me very unique. I do not know where to even begin with a new scent. I feel like every perfume I smell, it’s either way too strong or sweet. Or I like it but it’s not something I want to smell like. If anyone liked those perfumes and u have a recommendation PLEASE help me out! I’m dying for a new one!

I had a fusion 10 years ago after 20 years of pain and migraines. It was 10 fantastic years. I can honestly say I have not had a headache in 9 years. Not a migraine, any type of headache. I am definitely not dealing with ED but did learn about it in vet med. I am now dealing with “adjacent segment syndrome” which is why I assume they are telling you that you will need more surgery in 7 years. I just pray that you will have the amazing results that I did. Even if we have to go through it all again in 7-10 years. I have my first post surgery injection in four days and hope it is actually successful. I also kind of assume I’ll need more surgery. Thank you for promoting multiple opinions. I am feeling I may need to even think of that 10 years after treatment because I’m not sure my past surgeon is “paying attention”. Wishing you successful results. Thinking of you often and sorry for the long communication.

Lol with the hair in ice cube tray, I was on a Medication that made my hair fall and my hair is grey I would wake up with hair in my mouth I am sure it would have been in my ice cubes as well 😂❤❤❤❤
