You can use any synthetic based rubber adhesive. Like the ones used to paste worn out shor soles.

This speaker also had the same problem. Just carefully glue it.

Use any rubber based adhesive like fevibond , quick fix , fevicol rubber adhesive. These are easily available in market.

What about gorilla glue

Gorilla glue is a type of polyurethane adhesive. It can be used for the purpose, just be careful while applying it.

Would not recommend fevi quick because it becomes hard after drying. We need a glue which has flexible properties after drying. You can use fevi bond by fevicol.

If it's in warranty you can call Amazon customer care for fixing your echo dot. If not under warranty you have to get it repaired depending upon the defect the speaker has.

use a hand screwdriver, a power drill or driver will not work well because of the torque. Press firmly into the head of the screw and turn slowly.
