All I gotta say is… if your feet are incredibly soft.. you do not do much physical work where you’re on your feet all day. Anyone who sits on a chair at work all day (filming and editing) SHOULD have incredibly soft feet.

Hi Tati, I'm a med student and you're right about "opening" the lymphatic drainage at your clavicles. You should always start at the clavicular region first, you'll notice that the lymphatics flow much more easily. It's called "opening the thoracic inlet"

I have two Stanley’s and for one before it was a big trend because I just happened to stumble upon one when looking for a 40oz tumbler. I recently got a Hydrapeak and it’s extremely similar, doesn’t leak around the straw, and I Ike that I can hook the handle onto my shopping cart. It’s also like $16

Hair tip that I honestly feel works WAY better than the shower cap situation. Buy a hair towel (extra points if it has a way to string the end through, Ikea has a 2 pack that is the MVP in my life) and wrap your hair in that vs a shower cap. It keeps the humidity away from your hair so much better. I will style my hair on Sunday and still have it looking great 5-6 days later.

If you guys like the glass jars with the bamboo lids around 16:15, I use Wood Wick candles and when they're done, I clean the candle jars out and use them for storage but I wouldn't recommend keeping food in them, but you could use them for cotton balls, q-tips, and stuff like that.

Stanley cup confession. I bought one before I knew they were “a thing”. I have felt like a douche ever since. I am a teacher, so between talking all day, and rarely getting to leave my classroom, I need some thing gigantic to hold my water. I have to say, they really are amazing. My water stays cold forever. I will fill my Stanley with water and ice on Friday, forget my cup in my car and then pick it up Sunday and it still has ice. They just perform so well.

My skin became overly dry last summer. After numerous test my Vit D level was 1/4 of what is normal. Even with taking a supplement I’m having to repair my skin. You should find this in Texas as it was originally used on cow udders…Bag Balm. Our Walmart stocks in beauty section. It’s smoother than O’Keefes but pretty close. Works great on feet! Got the Bio-Oil lotion and found it is not a lotion at all. Consistency and color of milk yet an oil. So be careful when you squeeze into your hand! I’ve also been using Milanis rose oil on my face at night but knowing you don’t like strong rose scent you wouldn’t like it. However, it works great and I don’t wake up feeling greasy. I rub excess across my cuticles. ❤

Definitely buying the water filter for my girls! I have a 5&6 yr old who both have eczema and chronic hives so that sounds like it would be so helpful with their skin! Shower caps are great to when I use a hair mask, to keep heat in, makes the mask work that much better

Same - I’ve learned that the longer I go between shampoos, the healthier my hair is. I have thick, long, dry, wavy, frizzy lion’s mane type hair. I’ve switched to shampoo bars and I have a shower head filter, too. Now I can use my Chi straightener and get smooth, straight, silky hair!

We love the balance /shake machines for our lymphatic drainage. Our chiropractor would have us get on. We thought how would this work, but we could FEEL the difference without it. Less ear infections, ankle water retention. It's a MUST!

Zap gone the next day. My skin is tighter, my fine lines far less pronounced. Pores even look smaller, pigmentation more even. My skin looks smoother and creamier and juicier. Like I LOVE IT.
