I need help asap I start school soon and I need my phone to study (I'm on my dad's tablet rn) and my phone is an LG k20 and I dropped it in the toilet- I dried it off and it turned on and worked for a few minutes after falling in but now when I turn it on the screen stays black but the light on the top (the purple one) turns on then slowly turns off and the more I hold it just turns on and off and vibrates every time and I cant take out the battery because your not supposed to and I don't know what to do nothing is working the phone works but not the screen
