If this prison was in Norway, Germany or Switzerland I would have certainly respected the choice of music. Because yes it is true European countries respect their workers interest, that's part of their work culture. Basic human rights which are actually recognized by EU. Such comfort & relaxation to workers are hard to find even in countries like USA. So in terms of those facilities provided to the workers India is far fiction considering a 3rd world figure.

Why should they speak kannada inside Amazon campus ? To live in Bangalore it is good to know kannada but to work in an MNC it’s not mandate . Talent and skills are important inside office , not native language .
