Amazon Nightcore! I want her shoes....(: This song is violent indeed, haha(: 'All the other kids with the pumped up kicks better run, better run, outrun my gun.' Song: Pumped Up Kicks Artist: Remix: Me Original: Foster The People
The story though.. The song is actually about a young boy who was never cool in school; he wasn't actually tormented he was just ignored and an outcast really. One night, his dad brought him home a new pair of shoes that this young boy thought was the end to his reputation. He was now going to be the coolest kid in school! The very next day at school he walked in with every bit of confidence high and in sight! When the kids at his school saw him and his new shoes, they immediately started tormenting him and poking fun. The young boy had enough and went home with a broken heart and dream. That night, he stole his fathers gun from his gun case and packed it in his bag. Arriving at school he pulled it out and shot every one of those kids that made fun of him for his shoes.
For some reason I can’t find a nightcore of Pumped up Kicks with a photo of Eric and Dylan, which is weird considering it was partially inspired by the Columbine massacre. Oh well, it doesn’t really matter, does it?
Most, if not all, Nightcore usually always use anime pictures. Idk why, but I swear I ain't seen a Nightcore video that wasn't an anime thumbnail. 🤷♀️🤷♀️
I actually had a similar story to the backstory of this song. The difference was that my shoes were not new and they were not branded. The girls laughed and mocked at me for about 10 minutes straight in the restroom. I cried after school. Never wore those shoes again. That's why I feel so connected to this song.🙂
Robert's got a quick hand. He'll look around the room, he won't tell you his plan. He's got a rolled cigarette, hanging out his mouth he's a cowboy kid. Yeah he found a six shooter gun In his dads closet hidden in a box of fun things, and I don't even know what But he's coming for you, yeah he's coming for you All the other kids with the pumped up kicks you'd better run, better run, outrun my gun All the other kids with the pumped up kicks you'd better run, better run, faster than my bullet All the other kids with the pumped up kicks you'd better run, better run, outrun my gun All the other kids with the pumped up kicks you'd better run, better run, faster than my bullet Daddy works a long day He be coming home late, yeah he's coming home late And he's bringing me a surprise 'Cause dinner's in the kitchen and it's packed in ice I've waited for a long time Yeah the slight of my hand is now a quick pull trigger, I reason with my cigarette, And say your hair's on fire, you must have lost your wits, yeah All the other kids with the pumped up kicks you'd better run, better run, outrun my gun All the other kids with the pumped up kicks you'd better run, better run, faster than my bullet All the other kids with the pumped up kicks you'd better run, better run, outrun my gun All the other kids with the pumped up kicks you'd better run, better run, faster than my bullet All the other kids with the pumped up kicks you'd better run, better run, outrun my gun All the other kids with the pumped up kicks you'd better run, better run, outrun my gun. All the other kids with the pumped up kicks you'd better run, better run, faster than my bullet. All the other kids with the pumped up kicks you'd better run, better run, outrun my gun. All the other kids with the pumped up kicks you'd better run, better run, faster than my bullet. (x2)
How I edit some part of this song: All the other kids Are so stupid Tell them to run better run They all just can't All the other kids Are so stupid Tell them to run better run They were like 'what?'
Can someone explain to me the difference between amazon nightcore, blue nightcore, special nightcore, and just, well, normal nightcore, and any other kind of nightcore...?
Amazon nightcore has more rhythm, and the creators add more beat sometimes. nightcore is just the song faster, and the voie higher, i don't know about the rest sorry.
+Dee-Nice I think it may? The focus of the song is him telling all the other children to "outrun his gun" but I'll have to do some research to see if shoes were truly relevant.
I figured the lyrics about the shoes are highlighting the fashion trends to do with shoes (and the general social stuff that concept represents) and the contrast with the new situation in which they have to use their cool shoes to run for their lives from another student. Seems a little... incurious, to just assume it's about a psycho who has a thing about shoes
Actually according to one of the band’s members, the name “Robert” is purely coincidental. It’s about a fictional kid who takes a shotgun to school. It’s also partially inspired by Columbine since one of the members cousin survived the attack back on April 20th, 1999.
