Hello! We haven't encountered a polybag larger than the one depicted in the video. But... If a polybag is ever too small for the item you're returning, take the item to the customer service counter (or ask a store associate if one is nearby), and let them know your item won't fit in a bag. Store associates are tasked with troubleshooting any issues that may arise. They will likely take your item and manually return it for you. Just make sure to ask for a receipt! I had a question, does the item need to be out of the Amazon packaging? I have a package I'm returning that I haven't opened yet.

@@slaycantu5642 Great question! You do not need to remove an item from an unopened Amazon package to return it using a QR code. However, here are a couple of things to keep in mind: 1) We recommend either removing any shipping labels from the unopened package or blacking out your personal information on the main label and any smaller labels that list your name & address. 2) If your Amazon package is a cardboard box and larger than a toaster or shoebox, you may want to consider removing the item from its packaging before returning it. Larger, rigid boxes may not fit in a return bin. While you can hand off larger items to a store associate, removing an item from its packaging in this scenario could save you time and hassle when making your return. We hope this helps!
