@@aion7889 It has P2W elements. However from what I have seen you need deep pockets to buy gear. However you can sell things on the auction house for Lucent (Lucent is the P2W currency).
@@aion7889 Right now its def pay 2 win. but there are a ton of secrets alot of p2w arent telling F2P players when it comes to making lucent and using the auction house in game. But NC yes the game is fun but the end game grind is literally a 9-5 job for F2P players. i have swapped back to New world since the new drop for console players and im loving it . Amazon is actually doing really good with new world and there is tons of players again. But throne and liberty i dont see lasting even a year. i mean it might but it will die down for sure. their latest update with server transfers and stuff already got ppl quitting the game. Since the new world drop on consoles tho there is a bunch of people on pretty much every server some even having queues again and the game just runs smoother now at least for me and the story is more engaging now too
@@ThumpzReacts yeah cus I played new world on launch on pc and it was a GRIND trying to level up, almost impossible to get to max level as a solo player and even then still incredibly time consuming when doing group leveling for clans. Hopefully they fixed the exp a little. Combat in new world was fun besides the spam of immortality from the axes and such but even then that was fun. I just had to stop cause of the insane level scaling cus I didn’t have the time
i spent 150 and got three outfits and shiney weapon camo, cause there is no need to pay to win this game, unless your dumb, cause getting items better than the cash auction is easy.
@@1stTimeVenture that’s great, I didn’t get far enough to find out if it was a redo of lost art endgame with a re-roll mechanic for high quality gear or not. May play it in my off time now that yo say that. Are the bosses interesting late-game?
@@aion7889 yes the bosses are fun, and frustrating cause they are hard AF to me. cool thing if the armor or weapon you want does not drop, you get coins, if you get 80 coins, then you can craft what you want though the crafter. maybe if your younger than me you will have better mechanic reaction times.
@@aion7889 here is some advice, do not spend your skill books or coin skills for armor and weapons, until you are certain what 2 weapons you want to stick with. the best bang for your buck if you want to spend money is the 500 tokens on battle pass. gets more skill books and coins, also you can spend the star stuff on books, also you get social coins from finding book fragments, that can be spent on coins and books. if you follow that, you should have all blues at max lvl, and at least 1 purple half maxed at lvl 50. also do contracts, they are fun, and you get coins, you can use on getting purple weapons right at lvl 50, save up 3000 coins, use the rest on keys and whatever. do the story is not horrible, and you get a crap ton of XP.
@@1stTimeVenture are there modifiers on the gear that can be rerolled, idk if you’ve every played path of exile but the rerolling gear was the most fun part to me to try and min max the stats. Or is it all RNG craft based/farm based, I like that too like older destiny
@@aion7889 there are traits on gear, your regular stats, but there are MAIN traits, and you can get several peices of the same gear with different main traits and stack them on 1 of the other peices. like max health, heavy attack, crit, ect ect ect. so even after you get say...SHROUD OF THE HAWK, you can get 3 more with differnt MAIN traits and stack them on the one you have lvled up. so thats the Min max, and its harder than it sounds, cause getting 1 peice to drop will be annoying. getting a total of 4 of them will take time. unless you want to spend 200 to 400 dollars for 1 peice of gear.
I just started it today, and so far, it's not too bad. I will say though, there is so many buttons I still don't know what half of them do lol. If you do keep playing the game... you might get stuck at about level 27 -30 for a little.

Hi I’m new here but subbed for life now. Love the energy my dude. Say less fucks tho.. at least the first like minute or so for the yt gods. At least that’s what I’ve heard. Anyways the buttons and menus are crazy. Level 30 just started getting used to them. From what I can tell as long as you can make lucent u shouldn’t ever need to p2w. The biggest guilds kind of run this shit rn tho. So good luck becoming legion unless you have a huge guild with good players. Max level is 50 btw. I love the weapon and armor leveling in this game. You can pretty much stick with whatever weapon you want the whole game and keep leveling it up until maxed. Some stuff you can upgrade to next tier. If you find a better version of ur weapon you can transfer all ur upgrades from the old one to new. Never been a big MMO guy. Played RuneScape back in the day and POE. This is what I was sort of looking for when I played those. Decent graphics. The world is fucking gorgeous man. Especially for f2p. The morphs are so unique but I do hope they add actual mounts as well bcuz y the hell not. Just make the game that much better. Still learning about guilds. From Reddit I’ve heard that the top guilds are full of cheaters so it seems like you have no chance of completing a castle siege solo and joining legion. The time lock events are a bit annoying to me but there is a schedule so u can plan when the event is gonna be up. Magic feels weak. I’m doin like 100 at level 30 w my book and wand maxed out but I also do great sword and it’s carrying my dps rn with 400 on my death blow skill but even that is trash. I got absolutely destroyed my first pvp attempt. Definitely gonna make it to lvl 50 tho. Cutscenes are crazy good for free. TL:DR I’m enjoying the fuck out of this game rn. Maybe it’ll end at some point but for now I’ve enjoyed my time and I say it’s a solid but kind of generic MMO. When you factor in the price tho it can’t really go wrong.
after the shader compilation , process is done you must restart the game to have better performance , and also I stopped watching this guy after he pressed skip to cutscene
@@jinkazama0761 Will keep this in mind when playing future RPGs, only MMO rpg I really didn’t skip cutscenes in is ff14. My thought process is I want to get to the game as fast as possible and then I watch tue cutscenes later through a compilation
