She did really well but there is a reason behind her failure in this test. She was reading bit slowly, so take care in future to not to read that much slowly or speedly. She was unable to complete before the time was over, she kept on speaking even after the time was over. We need to finish atleast 1 second before the time is over.
Noise cancellation is for us, when we use the headphone it cancels out our background noise for us, we won't hear our surroundings. The headphones are loud basically. It doesn't mean that your headphones can actually cancel noise during these interviews or the background environment.
Hello, how many months do I have to wait before I can apply to Amazon again? Is there a way to retake the assessment sooner? Has anyone here failed the assessment for a customer support role but managed to retake and pass it within a few days?

Fill that job application form again using same mail id or different (if required) and you can try with previous test links too. Try once .And Thanks for comment.❤️
I dnt undrstand that ,all these exams are real or fake ! Allowing us for forst round opeming camera talkjng etc etc and after that no responses and no uses
I applied for VCS and I cleared first round assessment test then I redirected to Amazon Force site for further process then I logged in there but after that there was showing no jobs from India even in menu in jobs which applied they were showing '0' jobs applied I talked with helpline number then sent them email also but they all were suggesting same solution which I did many time but didn't get solution.
