That's great except the soundbar still produces bass even when you have the subwoofer connected, surely all bass should go to the subwoofer... Also when Ambeo mode isn't turn on, the center speaker doesn't work. There's so many people on AVS, AV and Reddit talking about these issues and yet Sennheiser never respond to support requests.
I'm starting to think their support doesn't exist anymore. I'm still waiting on a response from the start of November. Had the automated email with the ticket reference but no one has responded.
Do you still have support? I’ve been waiting for a response on Twitter. Customers are wondering if your support in comments exists too. Is everything okay because you used to have good support? 😞
