Apparently she was the girl in the gym when the police came. Also, from what I’ve gathered from twitter is that rocky had invited Liz Marz to live there. Johnny didn’t know who she was or that she was a new freeloader taking up residence.

So was it to make amends or so they didn't bash her too harshly? I worked in a ER for many years. I can tell you that one punch with one ring can do massive damage. Just as you stated look at Rhainna's face. There is no way she was hit in the manner in which she describes. I would bet my career on the fact she is not just the abuser, but went into this relationship knowing exactly what she was doing from DAY ONE and had her group of freeloaders help in bringing JD down.

If you noticed, all of them have said they are no longer friends with her. My guess is they refused to testify in court. They could be served with a subpoena but, would you want to force someone to testify for you if they don't like you anymore? Using a deposition is better than nothing.

The last witness says she would see bruises on Amber's arm's and wrists.. Like from being grabbed. If they're from fighting with Johnny? It will be from Johnny holding/grabbing them to defend himself and control her arm's, so she can't hit him. Most men who have their partner hitting them, will do this, because they won't hit a female back and holding their arms is the only way of stopping the hits they're receiving.

To add, She's admittedly not a stranger to being high on drugs, nor intoxication herself. So she's no Saint. The penthouses were HIS. Not hers. Not her friends or acquaintances. Amber's acting coach says Amber told her that Depp had accidently cut his finger off with a broken bottle he was slinging around. Then at the beginning of the trial, it was that he did it on some wall mounted phone. Then after that was disproven in court, Rotten says that she isn't claiming to know how Depp cut off his finger. Okie dokies.

Amber continued to drink in front of him after his rehab, he even asked her to support him by not doing that and she didnt change. Amber is blaming drugs and drinking by Johnny for all of their problems, yet she had a circle of friends who were all drug users including herself. How was that being supportive to JD and encouraging him to stop.

Why would they do that? It could mean Depp was desperate to keep an eye on and possibly control her circle of friends. Or give Amber no place to run to. Or that he simply wanted someone to party with. It doesn't show them being "freeloaders" when it's offered. Nor does it help Depp's case.

Grown men and women living at someone else’s house, not remembering most things but they DO remember that JD was an aggressor, somehow all of them are experts in DV however did not report to police or seek medical attention. Tons of drugs there so police were probably called sparingly. They were called a few times though. There are reports. And celebs typically don't do hospitals because of paparazzi. This is not something they wanted to memorialize in the headlines.

It totally adds up. People aren't going to remember details or how things occurred in sequence years later but they will remember how someone made them feel. As for not reporting, stuff like this goes unreported every day -- people don't like to get involved.

The guy friend witness said that she was catatonic when she came out. dead stare, vacant look, liitler movement. but this girl said she was really upset and crying. They cant even get their story straight. and the guy said that he ask the police not to make a report and lie about it. as if the police would be like ok guy I've never meet before, we will pretend like a women didn't just get beaten up. The police said they didn't see anything because there was nothing to see

Because that's two separate moments. They didn't walk in together and see Amber. They were describing what one person first noticed upon seeing her (prior to the makeup artist being there) and then what the other witnessed during her time with her.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this before but did you notice the Acting coach (or whatever her title is) said that AH had a hard inability to cry properly when acting ? Well there you have it - When AH was doing her testimony etc , we could all see and most commented on the lack of tears and how hard she was trying to cry. It’s proof now that she was “acting” during her testimony because if she was naturally upset, the tears would obviously flow then .

You can tell she has bruises under BOTH eyes? How are people not seeing that? You can completely tell if you look right under her eyes that they both are bruised? I don’t like Amber, but just because she’s a narcissist, doesn’t mean she’s lying about some of the things that happened to her. If you’ve never been in an abusive relationship with a drug addict you won’t understand. All the “cycles” and the “monster” she talks about are exhausting! Anyone that’s been through that can understand what she’s talking about. Again, I can’t stand this woman and thought he was totally innocent, but after all this, he definitely is not.

In South Africa we have Arnica oil and yes it does help with bruising but it doesn't work over night Edit: instead of having a bruise for two weeks the oil might help it heal faster by a few days but in no way does it make bruises disappear, the bruise still goes through it's normal stages and colouring of bruising before it's healed ...also helps with sore muscles etc.

Bruising is inadmissible without witnesses as can be easily self inflicted or even accidental or fake. She is not that good an actor to hide a distressful beating in the past 24 hours and look so happy and chipper on the show. Most victims would be still shell-shocked and disoriented .
