Good ole Charles and Vivian from Paper Mario. This is an absolute masterpiece of a remix! Also having Viveine use their Shugabush “oh yeah!” audio was an adorable move. I really like that you used Krillby in the sense that its first track is only the first series of notes it plays and the second track is the second series of notes it plays, since its animation really makes it look like that’s the case, plus it would definitely get rid of the awkward shift in animation it has in its second track when that plays by itself, Sneyser’s second track just needs reanimating in general to not look so damn wack. Overall a 10/10 from me!
This is by far my favorite remix of Amber Island. You kept the fundamental structure and heart of the island, which a lot of remixes seem to forget to do. I adore the way you've modified some of the monsters, especially Bowhead. They sounded so intrusive and out of place, but now they fit perfectly. I also really love the extra verses you added, Bisonorous and Winq really needed a little more time to shine. It just makes the song flow a lot better. I really can't stress enough how much better the song flows, though. Genuinely a miracle that you were able to make it work like that. I do have a few small critiques. First, I would honestly love to hear a little more of that final verse you added. Obviously Amber Island is already the longest song in the game, but I feel like the verse ends a little too quickly. I think maybe just doubling up on it would help? My only other critique is Repatillo in Viviennes beat drop. While I love Repatillo, and lord knows Amber Island needs more percussion, I feel like it's just a little too slow and messes with the pace that the drop was setting up. Those are VERY small criticisms though!!!!! The song still works amazingly as is. I really love everything about this remix. It's the Amber Island I think we all wish we had. This is incredible work, and incredibly underrated. Keep it up!
THIS IS SO FREAKING GOOD OH MY GOD! Everything about this was superior to the original and it just sent chills down my spine. The way you actually made all of ambers percussions work together truly filled the emptiness they left open in the original. Do you think you could make the percussion solo at the end a bit longer though? It felt so climactic and good to see them all together as the ending with the “oh yeah!” From viveine ending it, but I seriously wanna hear that for a bit longer by like 2 measures at least
The Mixing in this song is awesome, you put monsters together from different Parts of the song and it actually sounds super good unlike other remixes i've heard
@@ICREAMTOHANDTIE not as much as it should be 😭😭😭 worst island in the game actually if I'm being honest the intro is really long, then has a part where it gets ridiculously loud and actually painful to listen to, then for the entire rest of the song it shifts to a completely different mood that completely overstays its welcome and has the worst werdos in the entire game
super good, i just wish tuski did not play a second time, they were made to play with whaddle and without it it sounds like somethings missing, and it also crowds that section a little, other then that really good
Love that the only change to the flum ox verse is tring at the end. That verse is perfection I am also still a firm believer that amber island should finish with a verse that is just the quints
