As someone who struggled with addiction for many years and is now recovered, I will say that Amber is 100 percent right. The life style is the first addiction and the drugs come second.. it was harder for me to leave the environment and the people in it than it was the drugs.. All my friends who are clean now say the same.. and she is also right about her friend having to hit rock bottom, there’s nothing anyone can do for an addict who doesn’t want to change…

Too much caffeine is bad, but it’s completely safe when it’s in moderation! Coffee and tea are actually good for you and have great benefits. I’m pretty sure black tea has more caffeine than coffee and is great for you and very hydrating! Kids shouldn’t be drinking caffeine like that because they’re smaller and their bodies can’t take as much! But there’s caffeine in some hydrating drinks and some granola bars. ITS FINE.
