Welcome to the 64th edition of my Home Concert series. Part 1 starts with pads from the Waldorf M and Iridium synthesizers, later joined by two sequences from the modular system. Part 2 is based on multiple modular sequences and some generative chords on the Minifreak. In Part 3 I invited a second Martin from a parallel universe to join me on the piano, while I play my "Elberfeld rain" field recordings and sounds from the Waldorf M.
Thanks a lot for watching, I will now have a summer break, so we won't have a Home Concert in August.

Hello Martin, many thanks from Genova for this beautiful music. The addition of the piano part is so beautiful, both my kid and I immediately thought back to Music for Airports. As a musician I know the part is quite different obviously, but it is really beautiful to see a skilled player (as you are) walk the narrow path that makes the notes beautiful and interesting, while not overdoing it by any length. Really impressive, and really beautiful to listen.

Hi, Martin & Neptun. It's Wulfy from Ontario, Canada. Blizzard is living with my Mother now because I had to move to a place where pets aren't allowed. I miss her dreadfully of course. She turned 9 on Friday and is enjoying all her Birthday presents 🎁 🎉 including her cat sofa. Hope you and Neptun are well. Awesome sounds as always.😊

Hi Martin, yet another beautiful piece of art. I couldn't be there during the live stream, so I listened to it afterwards. The piano section was a nice surprise. Great to see that other side of you. Thank you! This sound was Mutable Instrumente Plaits going into the 0-Coast. I think I used the FM algorithms on Plaits.

Sounds great! I'm curious, for Part 3, did you record the ambience first and improvise over it with the piano, or did you record the piano first and then build the ambience around it? Cheers!

I started the track in the studio on my synths. Then, I had the idea to play the piano, so I exported a backing loop for orientation and recorded the piano. This recording was imported back into the liveset.
